We have never had a bad experience with this flower shop. I’ve tried to save money by using some of the bigger florists, but it never works out. I know that with Pughs the flowers will be big beautiful and delivered on time. Which is so important. They come in a wonderful sturdy box as well (cat not included) and full of water. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I live in Knoxville, and I had a dear friend at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. I called Pugh's and ordered a flower arrangement and asked that it be delivered that day. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful. She helped me decide on an arrangement within my budget, was patient and knowledgeable, and assured me they would figure it out when I wasn't positive of my friend's room number. My friend sent me a picture of the gorgeous arrangement that Pugh's made which I had ordered just hours before from across the state. I am so grateful for all of their help and assisting me in attempting to cheer up my friend from so far away.

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter in law upon the birth of my new grandson. It looked like it belonged at the grand opening of a WalMart or a funeral. I do not think it was done by a professional as the flowers were shoved down into a tall vase. A big hole in the middle of the arrangement.

This Florist is usually on point!! I was not able to see the photo of the arrangement at its actual site.Perhaps, I will contact the Cemetery to have ,the photo sent to me via email. I based my approval on past experiences.

I started calling at 9;00 am on May 25, 2023, to order flowers. I called at least five times from 9:00 till 12:00. No one never answered the phone. You lost my business and I will spread the word.

I live in Cali and called today to have a birthday bundle sent to my cousin in Germantown. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Mattie( sorry if that isn't how your spell it) and she was so polite, sweet, helpful, and patient. She made this a very easy transaction for me and I felt confident in her color choices since I wasn't able to physically see the Mylar balloon. I highly recommend this place for any type of flower arrangements. Thank you Mattie for you help and kindness. I appreciate you and I know the flower arrangement for my special person out In Tennessee will love your choice. I don't have a picture to upload as of yet. But once I get one, I will add it!

We went to get a bouquet for my son’s prom date. She did not want a corsage because she knew it would get damaged dancing. When I told the ladies that’s what we wanted, one lady told him “she will regret this when all the other girls have on corsages”. The other lady told him “I would find another prom date!” Had I not been so shocked, we would’ve left immediately. He was SO upset and it put a huge damper on his excitement. I will have them know, we saw at least 60 girls with bouquets too! Made for beautiful pictures. I will never go back now. There was absolutely no need to be so rude!

I walked into the Poplar Location. Now for me, my experience was great. I am a return customer. I was looking for a dozen long stem red roses for a birthday. And I got exactly that, also, which included some other orange flowers all together in the arrangement. Really Pretty. Really fresh. The recipient was pleased. The staff this morning was friendly and welcoming.

My husband sent me flowers today trying to surprise me but arrangement he picked did not meet the expectation. I can't believe he spent over 140.00 for what I received. He also paid extra for me to receive them by 12:00 of course that did not happen. I received them 1hour 40mins later. I can't believe the bow that was place on them look like my grandchild tied it and the flowers was placed in the vase like a kid did them also. My husband called to tell them about the flowers they only offered him 20%of what he paid. I hope you all don't have the experience that we had NEVER AGAIN will he order from them again.

I ordered flowers for delivery to a relative in a hospital. I provided the young lady an idea of what I was looking for as a get well arrangement. My relative sent a photo and it was different than what I expected. I called and the beautiful young lady from Pugh apologized and said they will make it right. They did and it was far better than my expectations!! Thank you Pugh for going over and above!! I highly recommend
