Texted a few times. Then he advised he could not help with my request because he was closed. I would not use him in the future based off this.Would like to amend my review. The owner was out of the office. He did explain the situation to me now I would remove the first response. He never did any work so I hope he may be able to provide services in the future. Thanks

Called last week for an estimate on a water pump on my 18 suburban. Most shops wanted 900-1100 for replacement, Charles said $200 plus the part, AND he comes to you! Had an appointment today for 10am. Charles arrived at 9:45 and started the job. Was finished at 11:15. We have found our technician!! I had an amazing experience with Charles, he replaced my struts and lowered my car by 2 inches my 05’ Infiniti G35. He was extremely professional and much faster than any mechanic shop I have been to recently. It was super convenient to be able to have my car serviced from the luxury of my own home. I will definitely be using Pro-Tech Mobile for any future auto repairs.

Contacted Charles for an unknown issue with my car. Charles was extremely helpful and didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg like most mobile car repair services. Car runs like it’s brand new. Did spark plugs and fixed my back up camera on my mustang. Great prices even better work. I do not trust mechanics but I trust Charles with all my vehicles. He’s worked on my Silverado and my Audi s5 as well and I’ve only had great experiences with Pro- Tech.
