“Came in with my partner to get a t-shirt done in a large size, it came out just how we wanted it! Come to find out that when I got home it was made in a Medium instead of a Large. I informed the owner and she went above and beyond to make sure I got it in the right size, remade it in a large and allowed me to keep the medium. “I've worked professionally with HOT Graphics for 3 years. Their color, quality and customer service is outstanding! Any issues are resolved PRE-press and the orders are ALWAYS delivered on time or early.Other printers may quote lower prices, but you'll end up paying on the backend with bad color, packing damage, late delivery and your time wasted communicating to get it right.These guys ROCK!”

She offered the appropriate sized UPS shipping box, services and shipping I exactly needed. My second item was a return and she assisted me in properly processing and providing me all of my tracking information. “Needed some last minute prints for a client I needed to visit. Searched for a printer near me (I am in a warehouse district near Oakhaven) and was lucky enough to find JJ Graphics.
