This place is fraud! I parked I payed and I left only to receive a ticket in the mail because I sat in my car 5 minutes before leaving after having paid. I will be fighting this in court. Do not park here!

This parking garage is a joke as well the the apartment metro 67 next door. They have allowed all of the elevators in the parking garage to be out of commission for well over a month. The stairwell is beyond sketchy and crimes have happened in them before as well as homeless people basically living in them. They send us supposed updates about the elevators in the most jumbled way that looks like a toddler wrote them. For a "luxury" apartment building connected to the parking garage you would think there would be some restitution. The parking garage has offered no type of discount on parking there even though the elevators are broke and the garage is 10 floors. SCAM!!!! Shame on Premier Parking and Metro 67.

The elevators haven't been consistently working for the longest. Especially lately knowing people are gonna travel and have luggage the garage elevators are out of commission. They went from two out of the three to one and now zero. Should've been fixed way ahead of time. Especially with how much we pay for parking.

Premium Parking has allowed 3 elevators go to 2, barely functioning elevators for a year. Then, when one of those working elevators died, they allowed us to operate for several months on one barely functioning elevator. See where this is going? Yep, now we have 0 working elevators and Premium is now falling back on the "ya know we have a chip shortage" as if they just now found out about the elevator issues. Meanwhile, there will be no working elevators for at least 3 weeks.

Terrible. I canceled my subscription in July only to wake up to 4 charges of 103.50. I have had so many issues with management and i can't get anyone on the phone now. I have not parked in that garage since July 1st.

Do not give this company your card information. Find another parking location. They have repeatedly made unauthorized charges on my account, nearly $1000 worth!

Parking maxes out at 8 hours. Can’t park overnight. Cannot extend parking. No signs with parking prices until you get into the deck

DO NOT park here, DO NOT buy a subscription here. I'm a Metro67 resident that used this garage for about five months now, mostly because of the access we have to our apartments through the garage. For the first four months here, only one elevator worked. No biggie I guess. A few weeks ago, they got a second elevator working but then the first elevator shut down working. How does that even make sense?? Not to mention that this elevator, which has been down for months, sounds absolutely unsafe especially when approaching the first floor or basement. I fear for my life every time I am on it. For the past two weekends, this elevator has quit working with no staff available to come fix it. Today I had to walk up seven flights of stairs to get to my car. I pay 120+ dollars a month for this garage. What about your disabled customers who cannot walk up these stairs?? Management does not seem to care AT ALL. Anytime I see staff working on these elevators, they are not actually working and always taking a "break". I can guarantee that these elevators will be down all weekend, making it impossible for Metro67 residents to access their cars and the basement for moving purposes/grocery shopping purposes. I will be taking my business to the parking garage located on the other side of Metro67. MUCH MUCH cheaper, much more reliable.

let's start with no customer service representatives to assist you. I paid to park in a star space only to not have a start space when I returned. It's not enforced by anyone, which sign clearly states 24/7. Never again, Bad business

Worst parking experience of my life. We were 5 minutes past our time and they immediately booted our car. The lady that boots it stayed on the premises and waited to hold you hostage. After they extorted money from you and have no apologize. No alert from the app were we paid that we were close to our time minimum. They are a horrible organization.

On 3/9/2019, after a late evening at work in my office, around 8;45 pm, my car was broken in while parked in the Mud Island Parking garage located in Memphis, TN. This garage is managed by Premium Parking, LLC. Because the first two levels were full, I was obligated to park on the basement level. I called the police to file a report and my insurance due to the shattered windows and broken arm console. I also contacted Premium parking and to no avail, nothing was done. From the 9th until the 13th and again on the 24th, I had not heard anything back. Finally, after sending another email, I received an email from Premium Parking, LLC. stating they never replied to me because they are not responsible- That passive response is horrible customer service, especially to a monthly paying customer. Furthermore, although they may not be responsible for damaged cars, their sign states that the lot has 24/7 security. If this is true, my car would not have been broken in. The Memphis Police Department called to confirm that they have no leads because the lot is not under surveillance. On 7/15, I had to park on the basement level because the first two levels were full. I had anxiety about this due to what has happened before to my car. As I got out of the car, the elevator, per usual was not working- ADA violation. The only option I had was to take the back stairwell. As I proceeded to the stairwell I was startled by a man sleeping under the steps. I had a panic attack and called a co-worker to come get me because I was afraid for my safety and did not want to have to pass him going up the stairs in a dark basement stairwell. I called the police department to come to have him removed. This lot claims to be secure yet, the only thing the man in the truck does is drive around taking plate numbers to make sure everyone has paid for the subpar parking accommodations. The garage is not safe, it is not well-lit and the owners have no concern about consumer's safety; I've called Premium and mailboxes are full.
