I went to the parking garage so I could go eat at the Peabody Hotel upon leaving the garage the credit card machine wouldn’t process correctly I tried it three different times putting the card in the correct way every time and then the attendant in the booth was extremely rude telling me that I was completely wrong the way I was putting the card in and he yelled at me. Of course I politely told him he was an a**hole. Then he proceeded to realize that the machine was broken and open the gate with no apology don’t ever go to this place overpriced and horrible customer service

This is actually the location of One Commerce Square Parking, not sure why the name is wrong on Yelp. Anyway, this is a nine-story parking garage, fairly narrow. That said, the first five floors are all reserved for some connected business, so you're going to be spinning in circles for awhile making your way up to the 6th+ floor. The parking spots are a bit narrow and the compact only ones are shallow as well, so I wouldn't recommend this particular garage for big trucks, vans, or vehicles like Hummers. The elevators are located on the north end of the garage, which is where you'll find the pay kiosk on the first floor; you'll probably want to use the elevators rather than climb the hot stairs! We paid a flat $10 fee on a Monday morning, which isn't great but not terrible. We accidentally left our car unlocked with a lot of stuff inside and no one yoinked anything, so we reckon it's reasonably safe as well.

Good secure garage. Plenty of parking. Reasonable rates. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions.

Parked here New Year's Day. When we came back every outside door to get back in was locked. No attendant anywhere!!! No one answered the phone!! We had to walk up the ramp to the level we parked to leave. Drive around, there are plenty other places to choose from.

7 dollar parking is good but pay it on the spot not on the website. They don't have personall there all the time to take care of online. Sometimes ended up paying twice.

Good location and they don’t gouge on price during events. Well set up to get in and out easily. Staff at the gate very helpful. We took the stairs down and they smell of urine and are claustrophobic (or so I was informed by my wife). Elevators are in rear so bear that in mind.

My experience makes me think that the operation of this garage could turn into a scam. This story happened to me the first time I parked there. I parked on a Thursday evening, and, as I left, I used a $20 bill to pay the machine for my $10 parking fee. Instead of getting $10 back, I received a slip of paper stating that I am owed $10. As I was driving out, the guy at the kiosk told me I had to come back during the daytime to collect it. When I asked for hours that they were opened, all he told me was, “they are here pretty early,” and “go up to the 15th floor....”So, the next day, I looked for a phone number for them, and I found one. When I dialed it, no one answered. No voice mail, just the phone ringing. Which means, I am expected to leave work to come there, taking a guess when they might be open, possibly pay to park again, in order to collect the money that they owe me.I have to wonder how many people who come from the suburbs or from out of town, will park there thinking it is $10, pay $20 and don’t return for their change because the return trip would cost them $10 or more. Easily, this could become a scam.Sadly, in a previous trip to this area, I used a nearby garage, I parked and then I tried to pay with a card. The machine wasn’t accepting cards. So, I walked around trying to get the cash to pay for my spot. When I returned, not 15 minutes later, the company had already put a boot on my car.I do not wish to get ripped off by downtown Memphis parking again.

The man who works the mlgw parking lot during the weekends grabbed my rear end TWICE after to told him DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME! I tried to call the number on your google search but it just rings busy. This man should be FIRED for what he did to me, and im sure its not the first time he has done this to a woman. In my opinion he is a predator and i will be filing a police report and contacting my attorney tomorrow morning!!!!!!!

Good price but there are only elevators in one corner and the stairwells aren't accessible from the ground level so you have to walk around and around. I also wish that the bottom 4 levels weren't all reserved parking.
