Pottery Barn refused to give me a $430 adjustment on a sales rug that I received 2 weeks ago. I have spent over $20000 at Pottery Barn during the last 6 months. They offered to let me return the rug and buy it back rather than make a simple adjustment. Does that make sense? They have beautiful products but their customer service does not come close to their competitors. They certainly don’t value my loyalty!

If you looking for that oh so unique find without the high prices, Pottery Barn Outlet is the place. So many pieces to choose from. Now, you will have to take your time and really look, but it will be worth it. Happy bargain hunting!
