I'll probably come here for other USPS business as there was very little traffic and the folks were super helpful during a holiday week when no one wants to be at work!”
“I always have a good experience shipping packages off and picking up mail from here. I recently put in an inquiry for "missing mail" (I found it..at my own residence, a week later because someone in the household didn't tell me they checked the mail that day. lol) and this USPS called me for a follow up. It was just that the tracking number was stuck in "Alert" status for whatever reason–my mail was never actually missing. I appreciate USPS calling and texting me with updates about my mailing concerns. Personally, I have never had a problem with this USPS location within the last 15 years of staying in this area.”
“Depends on the time of day. I have NEVER had any issues with this location. The staff is wonderful. Peak time hours are precisely that and unfortunately that's when most people are there.”

“I feel compelled to leave a POSITIVE REVIEW since most people just choose to blame the clerks.
Things would move ONE THOUSAND PERCENT FASTER if people actually knew what they’re going for, if people had documentation, money, cards etc on hand.
I go to this post office probably 4-5 a week and every single time the line is slow is because someone is asking question that are answered online.
Folks there’s a LOT of stuff you can actually do online!!
My experience with all the employees has been generally good and I honestly admire their patience after having to deal with such customers!!”
“The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. She took care of my packages and scanned them in so I can track them. These were replacement packages because the first time I shipped them from Crosstown they disappeared. Thank you for your help and pleasant attitude!”

“The Peabody Post Office location feels like the center the DT community. Sort of like a USPS version of Cheers. The service is excellent. The conversation is excellent. The office is located on the Main Street Trolley. It is popular for tourists, office workers, seniors, and Downtown residents. I regularly use and would highly recommend.”
“Staff is always professional and cordial. Sometimes there may be a line. EDIT: So I show up at 4:50 to mail a package and they are closed. Posted closing time is 5:30. Deducted 1 star from my original review.”
“I am actually giving this 5 star rating to the mail delivery driver Mallory!!! She brings our packages in a timely manner and is quick to fix somebody else’s mistake. She always has a positive attitude! If we could, we would personally request Mallory every time to deliver our mail and packages. She deserves recognition at her job.”
“I had to call about a package that said it was delivered and I did not get it. The manager, Eddie Smith, called me and was so nice. He investigated it and found out the sender had put my house number wrong. He found out where it was delivered and he had the mail carrier go the next day to that house to see if they still had the package. She retrieved the pkg and delivered it to me the same day. I was so thankful for the help.”
“I had a very nice experience at this post office on both occasions that I made a visit.I recently moved into the area and needed a P. O. Box. The first service agent last week was very pleasant, and informed me that the system was being updated. Therefore, I was advised to return the following Tuesday.Upon my return, I was created with a smile by the service agent, a different person than the first visit. This agent was also friendly and polite. She set up my P. O Box purchase and made sure I knew where my new box is located. Then she advised me to check the key of my assigned box for entry access.Before checking the keys to make sure they worked, the agent informed me that if I need further assistance she would be happy to assist me.I was very happy to receive good customer service from both agents that assisted me. I recently moved from Southaven, MS where I also had a P. O. Box. The service agents there made me feel like family. So the warm welcome here in Memphis, made me feel very good about the transition!”

“Having terrible experience with my mail carrier my packages are labeled cannot leave it secured location and carry to the mail which makes me have to get out and go get the packages when it's not my job but all good is unfair at least my packages are there when I go to pick them up”
“The staff member was extremely helpful and helped me fix an error that would have resulted in the package being sent to the wrong address. The wait time can be long at this location since there is usually one person at the front. The staff member works as efficiently as possible. The self service kiosks have not been able to process anything aside from pre purchased labels for a while. This location is closed for lunch daily 12:00-1:15 pm.”
“This location gets a bad rep and may have a few bad apples, but Mrs. Sylvia Hines is one of the best there is.
Anytime I have an issue I can count on her to get to the bottom of it and make sure it is resolved. She is proactive and will not hesitate to reach out or respond to you and with a courteous attitude.
They better do all they can to keep her around.”

This location had a lot bad reviews but Jimmy is a Light! He is sooooo very patient, accurate and just GENUINELY PLEASANT! It’s hard to find employees at the post office like him! I thought this would be one of the worst experiences based on the reviews but I Can’t say enough kind words about him. I hope they realize he is a treasure! Thank you sir so much! May God continue to shine light from him and upon him!”
“I call this post office Thursday about a package for my nephew. I think it's been in every post office in Memphis. I gave the lady my tracking number she went above and beyond to help me with this. She was so nice and helpful. The package was delivered Saturday to him. Thanks!!!”

“Went here to apply for a passport as a walk-in, and the process was smooth and efficient. It took about 25 minutes when I went on a Tuesday morning between 9-10 AM. The clerk who assisted me was very professional and helpful—she got everything done quickly and made the process easy. Great experience overall!”
