Best pieces are always out of stock, super busy/high wait times for last 3 times i visited.
Above all, super expensive items. One designer balloon and 3 regular balloons costed ~20$
Good thing is they have something for every occasion.

Keep your head on a swivel. Pay attention to your surroundings. Dangerous location to find yourself. Try to have a partner with you. Not a good place to be alone and distracted.

I went to poplar plaza to renew my tags. I had no idea the Shelby county clerks off was apparently permanently closed at this location.
A public notice of this Shelby county clerk's office closure would have been helpful.
I drove to the Shelby county clerk's office on Washington Street... downtown Memphis and reregistered my vehicle.
