Poodle Palace... gets 5 stars today. My experience was a great one. My toy poodle girl Gracie was a mess when she came in. I had been to the other chain groomers 3 times. She's young and needs to go a few times to get accustomed to the process, and truthfully, before now, I never got a real grooming on her. Her hair was super long. So, I was at the vet clinic next door and decided to give them a try. She was bathe, clipped and finally "groomed". A Total Transformation. So we will most likely make this place our groomer from now on. I think they are cash only. But I'll have to double check that on my 2nd visit.

Love the ladies at Poodle Palace! My baby always come back looking adorable and she is never scared to go get her hair cut! Reasonable prices too!

This was my poodle's first hair cut and she told me she couldn't cut him because he will wrestle with her and she don't do no wrestling. I mean he is a puppy he doesn't know what's going on. She said she'll try l decided not to take my dog here after speaking to one of the ladies

Very unprofessional. They are a "cash only" business. When questioned on three occasions about a rate increase and not returning calls, they said they no longer do cocker spaniel dogs. Even though they did not like me because I asked about the Increase, how do you discriminate against one breed of dog when you are in the grooming business? Who does that? Based on their bad attitude, I would NOT recommend bringing your fur baby to them. Tell all your friends.

My family has been coming here for YEARS!! They are so great and always do a fantastic job with my shi-poo, Bella. I highly recommend them! Be sure to bring cash to pay. I always forget they only take cash.

This establishment is very unprofessional. I took my Yorkie to her and not only did she not clean him right she also didn’t notify me when he was ready. She had my dog smelling like a old lady for 5 days and he was very itchy. Please save your money, time, and dog’s wellbeing by not going to this establishment

I have taken my little babies Simba and Princess to Poodle Palace for years now and never let down by the service. They are always happy to arrive and even more happy when I pick them up because they love there grooming. It has gotten though they are anxious to get out the car when we arrive. Thank you, I live in Cordova and don’t mind the drive to your establishment.

I was bringing my dog here and was happy with the quality of grooming until the lady decided to rip me off. She quoted me $70 when I dropped my large dog off and said she only took cash. When my dad picked her up later that day, she conveniently “didn’t have change” for $80 (which doesn’t make sense for a cash only business). No big deal until I called to schedule the next grooming appointment and reminded her she still owed me $10. That’s when she changed her story to it wasn’t that she didn’t have change, it’s that the grooming price went up due to the amount of work. That would have been fine if she hadn’t quoted me the price earlier in the day on top of telling my dad she didn’t have change. Crazy to think she was ok with losing repeat business over $10.

These woman are very unprofessional They cut your dog the way they are capable of cutting which is very minimal not the way you ask I’ve had a very bad experience with these woman when I tried to support Black owned Businesses not on one occasion but two I’m not sure if they are even properly trained if they style your dog like they style them wigs they wear it’s not a wonder my experience was horrible I voiced my unsatisfactory experience with Ms.Martha she told me to keep My Money And find somewhere else to take my dog Based on her cutting my dog unbecoming to me! The paying customer what she think is cute I didn’t! Nor was it what I asked for nor what she told me it would be and I’m The paying customer unlike Martha I have Class and I paid the ignorant woman for her unsatisfactory haircut and Yes I’ve already found somewhere else to take my dog But to do a bad job and not try to rectify the situation in a manner suitable to the customer was appalling this is the very reason why black businesses do not do as good as they can because of un professional behavior Don’t try to pass a bad haircut off and get mad because you are confronted with it if you can’t Groom you can’t Groom after telling me to keep my check it was Cashed before I returned Home.May God Bless You Poodle Palace And maybe the Customer’s you have are all you need you are not the only groomers in the area and my experience with memphians like you .want the most money for the least amount of work and knowing she was wrong she made the bad haircut look like Roberta had done it because my check was made out to Roberta when in fact Martha is the one who messed my dog up when Martha has Groomed my dog the Check was made out to Martha Thanks Roberta for clearing up the fact you didn’t do that horrible Job Never the less Groom@ your Own Risk With this establishment.

I'm in love with this place! They're very nice and my pup love this place! My pup Summer always come home looking and smelling great! They're quick and always put cute little bows on my pup! It's a little hidden location but this is my regular spot now! Guys check it out! They won't disappoint!
