Sam was very upfront and honest about what could be done about a broken charging port and screen. He repaired the port so I could retrieve some info off the phone, minimizing my repair costs. There's a reason he's been around so long. A+

Another business we use recommended Phone Kings to repair my daughter’s Nintendo Switch. We went in and dropped it off with Sam. He called me less than two hours later to pick up! It was close to closing time when I returned, and he graciously waited for me to arrive so that I wouldn’t have to wait until their next business day. If you want amazing customer service, quick turnaround at a good price, I highly recommend that you check out Sam at Phone Kings. I will continue to support this business.

Drop off a Nintendo switch led for hmdi damage..gave me call in a few hrs like he said..great price and fast service. .end up dropping of the ps5 for same issue..would highly recommend.

First time customer and Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us options within my price range and was not pushy towards a more expensive device like most of my experience with other cell phone shops there was no pressure towards anything except for me leaving Phone Kings a satisfied customer. If you need anything related to Phones/ Tablets etc... Sam at Phone Kings is the only place to go :)

I took my iPad that fell off the back of my truck and was ran over on I240 here with hopes it could be fixed. Sam was super helpful and was able to replace the screen and repair the frame, and he repaired it to its original condition. Super fair pricing.

Fast, Friendly, Honest, and reliable. I came here a few times to get a few iPhones fixed and was never disappointed. If they say 35 mins it will be completed in 35. Thanks Sam, keep up the good work!

The guy Sam fixed my phone and suggested that I purchase a new screen protector and so I did but it’s a week later and I’m seeing that’s my screen is damaged due to NOT HAVING a screen protector. He claimed he put one on and that maybe my one year old took it off. Smh. I’m am very dissatisfied with this service. My original screen now has a hole in it. If the protector was put on, this wouldn’t have happened. I would NOT use this company again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this erroneous company.

Sam was great! He has the most reasonable prices and professional customer service. Nice and efficient and very timely. I almost traded my phone due to the sos feature not disappearing what I tried but I tried phone kings and my issues have been solved and phone works like it’s supposed to.
