I had a highly disappointing experience at this grooming salon. The groomers were unprofessional, confrontational, and lacked the proper tools or refused to use them to secure dogs on the table. They did not demonstrate the necessary training or willingness to use desensitization techniques for dogs new to the grooming process.
During intake, the groomer made it clear that she does not like working with dogs who are new to professional grooming or those who have been groomed at home. She even implied she strongly opposes grooming such dogs and seemed reluctant to work with large Goldendoodles due to the time required.
After my dogs had been there for hours, I received a call asking me to pick them up because they were unable to complete the grooming. One of my dogs was reportedly ārolling around on the table,ā which raises serious concernsāhow was this even possible? Do they not have harness systems, grooming arms, or loops for safety? I worry about whether my dog could have fallen off the table. As for my other dog, I was told she was ājumping on the managerās back.ā Again, how? Shouldnāt there be professional handling techniques and calming aids in place for anxious or energetic dogs?
This experience left me questioning the professionalism, training, and safety measures of this grooming salon. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, skilled, and patient groomer for their pets.

I ordered pet food on a recurring order for same day delivery, from this location and I didnāt receive my order yet! It hasn't even been shipped! Then I call only to be sent to voice-mail several times. Not good business.

Absolutely abhorrent conditions in the small animal department. All of their cages are dirty and gross and very overcrowded. We rescued a teddy bear hamster from them and she is absolutely traumatized. They scooped her up with her hideaway and caught her leg against the side before he flipped her into the hideaway. The empty cages were littered with feces and urine soaked wood chips.
The betta fish on display are the only betta fish they claim they have but one in three fish were dead and just laying on the shelves.
The only section we saw that was even remotely well cared for were the reptiles.
Employees on the whole were non-existent, aside from the extremely rude man in the fish section.

It's lowk messy in here, but the pets are cute, and the employees were very helpful.
They just need to take better care of the enclosures.

The last few times Iāve been here it seems severely understaffed. Long wait times at check out, canāt find employees to help. But today I was mostly worried about the animals at this location. The cat enclosure (that currently had two cats inside) was extremely dirty. The water looked like it hadnāt been changed in days (all sorts of debris floating around in the water) and the litter box was so full. Please ensure your locations have enough staff to ethically care for the animals.
