“Phenomenal Service at Hollywood Feed - Grayson is a Rockstar!
My husband and I recently visited Hollywood Feed with our new Yorkie puppy, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Grayson, the associate who turned what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip into an absolute breeze! From the moment we walked in, Grayson was there to help us every step of the way. He guided us through picking the perfect food, suggested the best snacks and even helped me create a custom dog name tag that’s just too cute!
But what really stood out was the personalized advice he gave me. Grayson shared so many helpful tips for raising a happy and healthy puppy! It's clear he genuinely cares about pets and their owners, and that made all the difference.
Honestly, Grayson deserves a raise! His expertise, kindness, and positive attitude make him a true asset to Hollywood Feed. My puppy and I will definitely be back, and it's all thanks to Grayson’s fantastic service. Five stars all the way!”

“I just recently went into HollyWood Feed and at the UPMOST POSITIVE AND GREAT experience. We have added a new addition - french bully - to our family.. We walked in and Fia automatically received love and nurture from the staff. They provided great tips, advice, food options, and personal experiences. We spent almost an hour in there because of how helpful the staff was . Every last one of them. Hollywood feed is great but this specific location NEVER fails to amaze me.”

“Literally the best Hollywood Feed! They have a huge selection and everyone is so helpful. I just rescued three kittens and was at a loss. Went into HF & this wonderful young lady named Keely helped me with everything! She rescues kittens herself and gave me the best advice on how to take care of the babies. She was so sweet, kind and helpful and I just can't say enough good things about her and the store!”

“Took my 15 year old, 6# Bischon in today for express grooming. Blake was amazing with her and she looks better than she has with the mobile service was using. Her legs were a little matted and he said he would try not to shave her. He worked wonders, took the extra time and was able to trim not shave her. Most groomers would have shaved her in order to keep moving but not Blake. Blake even had one of the techs call me to let me know it would take longer than he thought and give me an update. We will go back to have Blake work with her again! Thank you again for your patience, customer service and taking the time to take care of my sweet dog.”
“Terminal manager treats and talks to you like you're beneath him,he intimidates you,he has his office (broom closet) assistant afraid to bring in his own lunch and use his refrigerator,he's arrogant and self serving,you can make money if your willing to sleep on dirty mattresses and cater to a certain lifestyle that makes you uncomfortable.”

“This place has been around since I was a kid getting my first pet hamster, and I still shop here to this day. The store is clean, the shelves are always stocked and faced. I pretty much always leave with what I need. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the last few times I went there was no music in the store, so it was kind of eery and depressing. Bring back the music!”
“My cat was missing for over one year my calico cat I was scrolling through Facebook 1 day there she was Not only did they save my Kitty cat's life inside inside cat but they kept her for one year fed her took her to the vet and cared for her for 1 year they had named her Chloe how close is that to calico I will never forget what they did for my Kitty cat cat I will never forget them meet me over Easter morning to reunite me with my Kitty cat for her to come home Easter that was the best Easter everThis place is absolutely amazing amazing the people who volunteer and work there are awesome it takes a special individual I wanted to tell them today how thankful and grateful I am to have my cat back I will never forget what you did for her and for my family thank you to each and every one of you there Thank you for who you are and thank you for what you do”
