This practice has gone downhill since Dr. Acree retired. It has a lazy inner city vibe now. The physician that took Dr. Acree's place seems to want to change what has worked very well for patients (won't approve prescription refills, etc) and doesn't seem to want to give thorough examinations. Also the office personnel have attitudes when you call them.

On 6/14/19 I went in for bloodwork. Later that day, the lady in the mini lab called to say she didn't take enough blood and asked if I could come back to give more blood. On Monday 6/17/19, I went back and gave more blood. I am now receiving a second bill because I went back. If she had taken everything she was supposed to on Friday, I would never have gone back on Monday and therefore, never incurred the additional charge. Methodist continues to call me regarding the $35 charge. I asked to speak to someone in the Dispute Dept but was told no one was available.

I have been going to Peabody Family Care since 2012 and really love seeing Michele James for my primary care.
