Payless in Memphis airport was very easy. Drop off area was also very good. we got the vehicle we desired and it performed wonderfully. would rent again .

The associate who rented me the vehicle and the associate who I returned the vehicle to were wonderful. After having my reservations canceled by Thrifty I was not a happy person but the Payless associate took care of me and the small talk we had as she got me taken care of really helped calm my mind.
