Best my hair has ever looked. Very cool and relaxing salon.
Stylist: I made a last minute appointment with DeeJay and girl he was awesome!! My hair color looks better than it ever has!!! He will be go to person for now on.

Stylist: Y’all need to go see Caroline at Pavo salon out East! This was my first time seeing her and she did an amazing job getting my hair blonder and helping get the brassy grown out color out of my hair. I really trusted her with cutting and coloring my hair which was in desperate need of some attention and she did not disappoint! Will definitely be booking with her again in the future! Thanks so much!!!

I have seen 3 stylists here and each has been an upsetting experience. They do not know how to color blonde hair and damaged my hair beyond repair. I do not recommend. If this is what “Aveda training” looks like, it’s a joke. Also the worst receptionist I’ve ever seen

Meredith listens to my concerns and wishes and tailors the experience to suit my needs. She’s a delight to spend time with, and she knows her stuff! The space itself is bright, open, and welcoming. As someone averse to loud noises, I appreciate the acoustics, as well, because even with multiple people talking and a hair dryer or two going, it isn’t overwhelmingly loud. The staff always offers something to drink, and my personal favorite, they offer a warm, aromatic, weighted neck wrap while I wait for my highlights to develop. It’s a very nice, classy touch.

Being new to Memphis, finding the right stylist made me a bit anxious. Pavo is an Aveda salon, so first box checked. Used the Find Your Artist tool and “matched” with Kaitlyn, second box checked. Went for my first cut and style, great experience! Kaitlyn asked questions, listening to my responses. Made great suggestions, and I left with a gorgeous style and a new artist for me, final box checked. Pavo and Kaitlyn exceeded my expectations. Cannot recommend them high enough!

Emma was great! She listens to her customers and makes sure they are satisfied with their hair before you leave her chair. Will be coming back to get my hair done by Emma again and highly recommend her service!

Writing for my mom, who has gone to Pavo 3+ times now.
She likes the haircuts, but her hairdresser is always late for the appointment. This morning was the worst yet - my mom came in for an appointment, and was not on the books (despite calling Pavo directly to schedule weeks ago). The receptionist did not even greet my mom when she came in - instead she was braiding her hair in the mirror.
Very disappointing service all around.
