The 24 hour rate does not exist when you actually pay on the app. And neither do the evening rates. It’s 1, 2 or 12 hour increments you can purchase which ends up being much more expensive than the 24 hour rate advertised. That’s a bad service to the community.

I park in this garage during a monthly meeting I have in downtown Memphis. There are plenty of spots but they are all kind of close together. The only way to pay is via an app but they have QR codes around get you to the pay point. It has always been easy to get in/out and I have never had any issues.

Parking can be Fun - Not recommend. Hit me with a $50 fee for being late. Tried to extend parking but was not allowed to on the app. I call it a scam. Never going to park here anymore. Big contract printed on the wall as you get on the elevator but it is too late. That was a hint. System takes pictures of you license plate on the way in. No way out without paying so you did not really have access to the contract before you agreed to it.

This system is sooooooo bad. I would advise you NOT to park or use this. They do t have clear communication on how to pay online. They want to charge you way more if you don’t pay or prepaid I ended up having to pay $50 that was paid via the car rental place. Then now wants to charge me $100 and not worth it.

They allow car theft and break ins so often it seems intentional which I’m sure is not true. I have only left 1 or 2 bad reviews for any business but they should be embarrassed at the business they operate. A break in that occurred today was a stain on Memphis and should be an end to this business.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Predatory pricing and the customer service is terrible. Pricing is inconsistent with the area. This place needs to be boycotted. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Their system is unreliable and you risk being booted or towed even when you have proof of payment.

I will not leave my car here again. I do not recommend parking here ever. I would explore all other options before parking in this garage for even 30 mins. I wish I could give less than a 1 star. Like many of the other reviews have stated, their business practices are predatory and extremely unfair. Negative 1 star from me. DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS ITS YOUR ONLY OPTION.

This is my final update to this parking garage. It has drastically gone down hill. It's not uncommon for people to use their mandatory website to park here and the website reject them but still charge your card. And they WILL send a collections letter even if they are in the wrong. It's a good distance from Beale but I've changed my four star rating to a one and a half.<old>My lord this is the review that keeps giving. This is ANOTHER update on the parking garage. I'd say it's earned the extra star. It is completely digital to pay for parking now, so pray you have battery power. Sometimes you have to put a Zip code that isn't yours for the website to take your card which is strange and weird. Still a nice distance from Beale Street and Main Street.<old>My previous review was from a prior year. The price now is $10 no matter how long you stay. Yes the sign still has the old prices. False advertisement to the max. Still a good distance from beale street though.<old> Perfect location from a ton of shops and a nice, brief walk to Beale. Turning into it can be a pain if traffic is heavy.

The parking is by qr code only and the parking time is either 1 hour or 13 hours. Total ripoff

The garage itself is fine, but the company who owns it is bad.
I work at a local business who foots the bill via a pre-determined amount in form of a digital voucher/code for the employees to park at a nearby Parkway-owned garage (Parking Can Be Fun). With the amount of issues the employees have had over the last several months (after implementing a new, much worse and oftentimes dysfunctional payment system), it has become glaringly obvious that this Pennsylvania-based company is running a full blown scam on the people of Memphis.
The prices are often made-up (example: $12 for 24h and another day $80 for 12h— illogical); prices gouged on days when sporting events are taking place even in the mornings 12+ hours before the event starts; tickets and bills for hundreds of dollars and threats to impound cars that aren't parked there; and the worst part is their new Scan-To-Pay System because seemingly random time options are available -- one day it might be you can only choose 1 hour of parking [when you need 8h], another day you can only choose 12 or 24 hours [which is too much time leaves an unpaid balance]. The list goes on and on and on and on. It's been quite the headache.
All that being said, there are some good things about this garage which are worth mentioning: they kept the art and music from the original garage before they (Parkway) bought it; it's typically clean; there is a very kind and extremely helpful employee who works the booth in the early evenings who I've interacted with many times over the years; and the contacts in Philly seem to be willing to quickly help with the aforementioned recent issues, like voiding tickets/bills when their inferior payment system was at fault (I can only vouch for my own personal experience here- they were helpful in making it right and doing so almost immediately).
Literally everything else about it, from the smaller drawn lines to increase capacity, to complete levels being "reserved", to the blatant ripping off of customers in a different state is a perfect illustration of what can only be described as shameless corporate greed. It was a considerably better place to park before Parkway got involved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I pay monthly for a garage that you can’t get into even though you get a card to let you in the doors. I end up having to pay to park somewhere else and walk further away at night to my apartment. The management is absolutely awful and no help whatsoever. Don’t park here.

This place used to be great. Charged me 95 dollars +$5 online convenience fee (only way to pay) because I went 3 hours over a 12-hour parking window. If you don't pay the penalty fee, they will threaten to boot your car if you park here or at any of their other locations, as well as pass your debt to a collections agency or attorney. There are plenty of better garages downtown that simply charge by the hour, do not waste your money on this one.
