A great spot to run in for a quick tan session. The girls are always helpful and knowledgeable about products and beds. Hassle free and rarely, if ever, have to wait for a open bed.

I was told I could put my account on hold or cancel with ease since I was only going to be in the area a month or so. That is not the case. I’ve been emailing, calling, requesting service cancellation for almost two months. “My manager will be in at 2p and will call you back” I’ve heard that twice. No contact. I’ve emailed at least 4x and left two voice messages with customer service. There also is no store for over two hrs from my location so “coming into local store” isn’t an option. They are always so helpful here!! If you are needing a nice tanning salon that is clean, helpful, and have a ton of beds to choose from then you must come to Palm Beach! Give them a try!

I went for my first ever spray tan today. Taylor is awesome, so friendly, and she explained everything thoroughly about the process and walked me through it. Answered any questions I had, just all around amazing customer service!! Give her a raise she is a true people person and I can tell she knows her stuff. Can’t wait to come in again - thanks!
