I recently had an unfortunate experience at Pak Mail that left much to be desired. Upon entering the establishment, I was met by an older gentleman who seemed more focused on sorting through letters and managing the system than on his customers. Despite two of us standing in line, he completely ignored our presence for over 7 to 8 minutes without even a simple acknowledgment or a "I'll be with you shortly."
This lack of customer service was not only disappointing but also incredibly rude and impolite. It felt as though our time and business were of no value to him. In today's competitive marketplace, basic courtesy and attentiveness should be standard, yet this experience highlighted a stark absence of both.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pak Mail based on this encounter. It’s disheartening to see that the owner seems to appreciate the patronage of those who tolerate such behavior, which ultimately detracts from the overall customer experience. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

I use to love coming here. But the nerve of the gentleman to act like the customers coming in patronizing his business is the problem. He most definitely wear his frustration on his face.

Friendly and quick service. Definitely my favorite place to ship items from. They are great with packaging as well as handling items ready to ship. Shipping rates are reasonable. I’ve never gotten anything less than great service.

Great all-in-one kind of place! Incredibly convenient and also the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend renting a mailbox with them for those that live in apartments and are concerned about having packages stolen while they are away from home.

Love using PakMail for mailing packages. I have had a mailbox there for several years and it is has worked out perfectly. They even email you when you receive mail.

Notary is 15$ here because they have to put an extra stamp to sign and put a expiry date. When it is only 10 $ they charge 5$ extra for that stamp. Beware...
