Been coming to this location off and on for years. Have purchased bike equipment, like lights, seats, etc. I've purchased ski apparel and regular apparel at the place next door. I also purchased a roof rack for my vehicle at the gear place next to the bike shop. Brandon (the tall guy with the dreads) was very helpful getting me set up with the right one and i also had it installed here. He was very patient in helping me figure out if i could keep and use my rack system when i trade vehicles.

Brandon, Q, and John were amazing. Brandon helped me with a rusty chain. The service was quick, and they were so kind and personable. I'm sensitive about how little I know about bikes, and they really put me at ease. Thank you!!

I’m not a review type of person. But this place & Colby deserve it! He helped me every step of the way when it came to things I knew zip about. Very helpful, educated (even gave us some cool spots he recommended for our trip) and KIND. These people are the best. Customer service is spot on every time I’ve been in. They also offer install for you *bonus* AND they don’t laugh at you when your kayak falls half a mile down the road because you’re a rookie :)) did I mention they’re the best

We went to the East Memphis store looking for a car top carrier for our NV 3500. Our rack is problematic and we were having trouble getting anything to fit. Colby went above and beyond to find us a cargo carrier and the parts we needed to make it work. Excellent customer service. Thanks Colby!

This has been the best customer service experience I’ve experienced in a while. We were traveling through Memphis on a long road trip and needed a cargo box for our SUV. We called and talked to Colby and he was very educated on the product and worked quickly to meet our needs. I would highly recommend.

I took my practically brand new bike to be made ride ready to ride with neighbors around the mid town area. I never received any calls regarding the repairs, and had to keep checking back. Upon picking up my bike, the same dust that had accumulated on the bike while it had been stored in the basement was still all over it. I maintained the protocol and tipped both of the guys who I interacted with. Not satisfied.

Came from out of town for a race a Shelby Farms BMX. Forgot clipless shoes.... Called Outdoors Inc. And they had us clipped in and back to racing
