DO NOT go to this store after 6pm with a check in light on because you will be told that they can't check it out for you. They DO NOT use the diagnostic computer after 6pm. This is what I was told on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 7:25pm by the African American older gentlemen with the gray beard. What horrible customer service! He had such a nasty attitude the moment that I walked into the store. He saw me walk in and continue to look at the papers on his clipboard. There was no "How can help you"? I will be calling the manager on tomorrow morning.

2 people in store waited for30 minutes and still no help the employees in there complaining about who has to do more work than the other and neither of them was doing anything

I broke down on my way to Chicago, Ron behind the counter was able to help me find my part and with repairs, he was funny smart and an all around great guy, It is because of people like him that make me only shop with O'Reillys.

Placed an online order 4/18/22 and was told it would be ready the next day and that I would get a confirmation email.No email came.Called the store 4/20/22 and was stuck on hold so they could find someone who knew how to look into online orders. Hung up after 30 minutes.Went to Napa on 4/21 and purchased all the items I had ordered from O'Reilly. Saved $30 off what O'Reilly was charging.Called again 4/22/22 and was told to call back later. Called back later and was told they were putting my order right then. Canceled it.

kris with a K was so helpful and kind and directed me to a gas station at the corner that not only fixed my problem but also had good mexican food, which kris insisted i try. he was incredibly helpful, direct, didn't make me feel d**** and was really fast paced and just came straight out to my car to figure out what was going on for me. being from out of state and terrified of car troubles, kris was literally a godsend and he helped me feel so relieved after talking with him. he ran the diagnostic, explained it to me in simple terms, and was really reassuring and calming. THANK YOU KRIS

Is my local automotive plant on Summer Avenue they always have pretty much 98% of everything that I need on hand the prices are always very competitive and their staff at that location has what I consider a very important factor actual knowledge knowledge

I absolutely HATE dealing with anything car related. It’s out of my scope of knowledge and I often feel naive speaking with people that know much more. Kris and Chris at this location were a GOD SEND. I came in with an issue RIGHT before it was time to hit the highway. Kris w a K was so kind & patient. He took the time to explain things to me that not only allowed me to not cancel my trip, but knowledge I will be able to utilize the next time I have car issues. They did not price gouge, but made sure I made an informed decision. Chris w/ a C saved me over $250 and did it with a smile. I feel very blessed that when my engine light came on, this was the closest location. Now, I’m never going anywhere else even though there are some closer to my home. Thank you Chris and Kris!

I don't have complaints about o'reilly's price, but I do have complaints it's about management. On the doors they have signs about their mask policy, but no one had one on and they did not insist on patrons towear one.
