I would like to let you know that TRAC 1 tow service did not come to my house I have camera on the side and front of my house. I don't appreciate them canceling my service and saying they were here when they were not. I’m 73 years old and I would never want to be on the side of road waiting for them. When I got the text I immediately went outside. They called me 12:22 and I called at 12:28 to see where they were to find out they had canceled. Allstate connected them to me. Allstate towing used them.

I called my insurance company to get a Tow for a rental that I was in at 12:30PM....After waiting for 5 hours for D*venp*rt towing, which was a No show, I called ONE STOP which was recommended by a friend. Thank you, thank you to the tow truck operator for coming to our house, Monday evening, when we discovered our car would not start. The gentlemen took such great care to mount our car on his truck level, and was so personable and enjoyable to talk with, which was quite a comfort when we were dealing with this.
