If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited for printing services for a while then me and another customer decided to look for a representative and was told that he will not be printing until 10:30. In the future put a sign up so people will not be waiting and also post on website.

Used the Office Depot store at Poplar and Yates. Loved the order online and pick up feature. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever yesterday evening. I only came in for one item urgently needed & location was on route. After being walked past by several different employees I did asked for assistance locating an item that was listed online as being at that location. Employees pass you around to the next employee like it bothered them. I've been in before once to the print shop and received great service from Russell otherwise why is this store even still open. Employees stale, borderline rude. Sad cold vibe within the store. Maybe management can find ways to improve morale. Best wishes.

This location was great. The workers were very professional, the store was neat and clean, and I was treated as a valued customer. These three points means a lot to me! They deserve more stores! This will be my location from now on!

I went in at the last min. trying to get funeral programs printed. Russell, the associate working in print works helped me out tremendously and was very patient and understanding. I was very pressed for time, being that the programs did not print correctly the night before. I am so glad I came here. I am always satisfied with the customer service here. This is the only store in this area that I love coming to. Thank you Office Depot!

I wrote this review while waiting in line. Office Depot needs to update their ancient computer systems that hold every one up in the check out line. This is absurd!
