Oak Court Auto is amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and communicate clearly what is going on and how much the cost will be. They are trustworthy and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. They also are efficient and get the work done in a very reasonable amount of time. I’m so grateful to have them around when I need help with my car.

I've been going here for more than 20 years (old location and new). They are honest, have never tried to sell me something I don't need, and are good at explaining any problems.

It’s a shame when you go to a place of business seeking help and the employees don’t even give you the time of day. Thats what happened today. Not sure who was working but my partner was ignored and almost shooed off the property. He wanted assistance with a bolt on his tire, or even just some mechanical advice but was unable to even get that. Both people he spoke to said they couldn’t help without even hearing him out. Idk what the issue was, but it feels very racially motivated and with my partner being Latino and Black, it makes it that much more alarming and suspicious to think he could not get assistance. Very disappointed and upset to see this from a local business.

I took my 2018 Audi Q7 in to get my brakes checked out due to my brake light being on and to get an oil change. I was so impressed with the staff, they are very professional, friendly and honest. They stated to me that I did not need brakes. I appreciate their honesty and them reassuring me that my brakes were good. Thanks Oak Court Auto for your kindness and always being helpful when I bring my Audi in for service.
