We hired Trey to do the audio for our local gym, which was built out during Covid. Our project manager, Gerald, was/is fantastic. He is reliable and was always willing to go the extra mile.However, as you’d imagine, things break or need fixing over time. Our pendant speakers were blown about a year and a half after opening. I have reached out to Trey a minimum of 20x asking, essentially begging, to get some help replacing them. When you do a big technology project, and know very little about how it all works, you will eventually need some help from the people that you entrusted to be the quarterback.Unfortunately, my experience has been about as poor as it can possibly get. I give two stars because of how great of an experience I had with Gerald.

Looked to rent a small bit of gear from these guys for a last minute project. Guss was incredibly rude, insulted our staff members, and used some very inappropriate words to describe one of our female staff members who called.The way we were treated as customers was unacceptable and I would not do business with them.

While recently moving I discovered a box of several hundred family travel slides that were easily 50-years old. I went looking for a place to rent a slide projector because I wanted to show the slides at our family Christmas gathering. A friend who is heavily involved in convention planning suggested I contact Nolan's, he said if anyone would have it they would. He was correct! After a quick phone call to Nolan Audio Video I was able to rent a slide projector which came with several slide carousels. The old family slides were a big hit at our Christmas gathering, even the kids were enthralled with seeing their parents and grandparents as children and young adults. Without Nolan's it might have never been possible.

I work for a large trucking company and tasked with purchasing some equipment. However, I didn't have enough knowledge to ask all the technical questions, but enough to get the information I needed from them to guide me in the right direction. Although they did not sell the product I needed, they helped me zero in on the best type of video equipment I needed for my purposes. This is called customer service and building relationships. We will be building a state of the art training and conference center soon for our new hires and I will definitely recommend these guys to the decision makers.

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever deal with. Rude technicians and even worse “customer service”. Would NOT recommend! Conference Technologies is a much better company to deal with and would highly suggest going with them.
