05:05 12/8 Trailers are everywhere it’s a mess and truck driver check in is at door 14.The the bald black guy was so rude just looking at his computer talk on the fone see me waiting after signing in been waiting a hr tryna get my load.

Security check-in was quick and friendly.
Checked in at Door 14 at 7:15PM for a 8PM appointment, given a door immediately. Dropped trailer in door to be loaded, disconnected, and parked in bobtail parking across from door 14. Loading took nearly 5 hours but with the load being loose boxes, it’s understandable. Got in a great nap.
Not much bad to say, plenty of room to maneuver, friendly staff, not nearly as bad as some make it out to be. Just have patience.

I got the assignment to pick up the next day after completing a previous assignment. I even came a hour after the appointment time started because I have 24 hrs to pick it up. They still are not done loading my trailer!

Check in at security, drive over to shipping office. drop n hook with plenty of space to maneuver. Easy process, everyone was efficient. Security at check in was awesome. Security at check out was a little sketchy. Was ordered to stay in the truck and dude acted like I was a criminal or something. 🥱😂 power trip I guess since he was armed. Otherwise everyone else was great.

First time delivering at this location. Took about 4 hours to open the Dock door. And 6 hours to finish the unloadThe dispatcher doesn’t help me at all coz the say we don’t no Never ever again

Arrived for my pickup at 11am. the appointment was for 1pm. Ready at 10pm. 9 hours loading time. This is unacceptable. It ruined my whole week. I had to drive every night after this. This place is huge. Nice people at the office, but this is not enough. Loading by hand. No forklifts. It's all boxers floor loaded.

If you make your own security and don't rely on contractors you will be the best Nike please pay them well.26 dollar a hour for security officers will be a great retention rate for security officers.

45 minutes to get my paperwork just to check in. and ladies in the office got attitudes while playing on there phones and watching netflix. avoid this place whenever possible. absolute joke

Worst place to work in Memphis Fr never offering permanent jobs easily your easily disposable . They ladder all their white friends with great positions . HR move their families into positions over people working there for years without being permanent. Don’t do it they losing money to theft because they steal time from the black people in the community. Nike does nothing for the kids in Memphis or the people around the community where the headquarters lies in the poorest part of town Frayser TN
