The services of Newegg have drastically fallen since my previous purchases. I had need of a docking station and given the limited supply of electronics, I regretfully opted for Newegg. I encountered a problem with placing my order and called Newegg customer service. The product I was buying was a Newegg product and not a 3rd party item either. The representative said that she cleared up my problem and I wouldn't have an issue. She did not. After contacting Newegg, speaking to two representatives and an hour of my time, Newegg was neither apologetic, nor offered solutions that fit my reasonable needs, even though they stated their representative was in error for saying what she did. I have had better customer service at the DMV. Try TigerDirect next time. Seriously.

My wife bought a laptop from EPower through Newegg. For Christmas 2019. I am a DJ and she thought she was getting a good deal for almost $600. It is only been 5 months and now the computer will not charge. I purchased a new adapter and a new battery and still nothing. I contacted epower and they will not attempt to fix it. I basically threw $600 away. In these hard times with no work this has put me in a bad position. It's a shame that this company will sell defective products and don't try and help solve the problem. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware

You cannot contact them but they contact you over the phone. I received a defective electronics item. It has been over one month and still chasing them for refunds.

I purchased water proof ear buds. They did not send sets of 3 sizes of ear buds (As described), instead I received 3 same size buds. All the ear buds are so large I cannot use the item. I wrote and asked that the smallest set of ear buds be sent and they refused. They expect me to pay to return the item. I also purchased the worthless extended warranty. It took 2 weeks of emailing to not get ear buds and deal with very poor customer service. This is why I usually don't buy online, lesson learned.

This review does not address the quality or condition of the item (I have not received it yet), but the misleading advertising that offered a “One Day Shipping” option for $14.99. Free shipping promises 3-5 days. I ordered the item on Thursday, Jun 6 with ‘one day shipping’. On Friday, Jun 7, I received an email and a tracking number, showing delivery on Monday, Jun 10. When I called, I was informed that in my email confirmation, it stated there is a 1 to 3 day ‘processing’ time before the ‘next day’ shipping; working days, i.e. weekends don’t count.

Dont give full disclosure on site that some items come from an individuals that dont ship working products and want to charge for a return even when a extended warranty was purchased

I ordered the item and after two weeks of waiting they told me the item was out of stock and they were going to refund me. I don't care about the $15, I do however care about 2 weeks of time that I lost when I could have had this item already from another seller.

NewEgg Won't Refund Your Payment For Cancelled Transactions and Provide Most Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service I purchased a computer graphics card on eBay from a seller NewEgg. Right after the purchase, NewEgg e-mailed me stating that they refuse to ship the item to me, but they also won't issue a refund for my payment. I emailed and called NewEgg customer service several times attempting to resolve the issue, but all I was faced with was rude unprofessional customer service with their no intention to issue a refund for a cancelled purchase order. I paid $413.98 for the item that will never get shipped to me and I cannot get a refund for. This appears to be a NewEgg business model to take your money and then just give you a turn-around with the worst unprofessional and rude customer service ever.

For awhile I ordered from newegg and would be able to pick up my order the same day. I ordered alot and they knew me by name. Everyone there treated me good and if I leave my current job would love to work there. I did upgrades on computers and the fastest i get the hardware the better. Sonetimes i would get it within 3 hours.
