I was at the 5502 Poplar Ave location. I'm a 3 yr Stroke Survivor & use a cane.. I'm starting a new job & Wolfchase Limb & Brace referred me here. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Diana Brown & was told she will be with me soon. Within 5 -10 minutes Mia Munoz walked up & I told her what I needed according to notes from Wolfchase Limb & Brace. She sized me & started bringing me different shoes to try on. It was difficult getting my foot into shoes based on stroke, but she was patient & diligent, using a shoe horn & all. Then Jennifer Strasburger came over to help & they found me a velcro pair of shoes that worked perfectly for my needs!! After trying on 4 pairs of shoes w/some difficultly, I was checking out & I had tears in my eyes...these ladies treated me w/such care, compassion, professionalism & respect! I couldn't get over my shoe shopping experience ? I'm so grateful for these ladies God sent to me to bless & encourage me w/the perfect pair of shoes for this Stroke Survivor!! HATS OFF LADIES!! KEEP IT GOING!! Return customer for life!! SN: Please expand velcro shoe options & colors. & Include a Slip On line as well. Disabled people wear your shoes too. GOD BLESS

My mom and I went to the New Balance store on Poplar today and the experience was less than stellar. I was appalled at how staff were watching us as if we were going to take something without paying, sensing we weren't wanted in the store, we began to leave and the older Caucasian male, yelled toward the door, in a condescending tone, "yall have a good day!" when my mother mentioned their behavior to them, not one refuted it or tried to apologize about what happened. I work at a corporate facility with professionals, who I knew loved the brand, but now I only have a nasty story to give them.

Jay was awesome with helping me out, answered every question I had and helped me size up and lace up the shoes for me. Never felt pressured and he let me know things I had no idea about. Thanks Jay!

The customer service Here is horrible. Came inside on a Sunday to try and find shoes for love ones did not receive any help. The sales associates just stand
around and talked. Not helping any black customers But help only the white guest. Not the one to play the race card but They followed us with their eyes around the store, like we We’re not supposed to be there. Definitely will not ever come back to this store
