Always timely and professional. Shop is always clean. I’ve been going here for almost a decade and never have an issue. They treat you well, greet you by name, have the best complimentary services and always do amazing work. They’re simply the best, at all locations. My two little ones are now customers as well.
Requested style: Anything I’ve ever requested no matter how unique is always past my standards!
Specialties: My favorites are the many pedicure options and Apres nails
Cleanliness: Top notch
Stylist: Everyone is great! Nick is a beast with designs. Linda always does the best manicure I could ask for. Tu does tremendous pedicures.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! My friend recommended Nick for designs, and I had the joy of receiving his art for my wedding nails. The accents match the lace pattern of my wedding dress and my jaw dropped when he showed me his design. I rarely get my nails done and he made it very special. He is incredibly kind and has amazing energy on top of his artistry. I started with the high vibe pedi and finished up with the apres set. Hardly a wait :)

I'm disappointed with the pedicure I received.
I brought my friend and her 8 y.o. daughter to get our nails done total price $140 with $30 tip.
The staff tried to uncharge based on the child wishes ?
but, more importantly, after their service, I'm still digging up dirt from the corners of my nails ??♀️?
It's not worth the trip. Zero out of 10, would not recommend.

As an owner of 3 nail salons in Nashville, the service I received was trash. While visiting Memphis, I ran in for a quick mani because I had a photo shoot that night (I had an appt) and after 26 minutes, I didn't get serviced. No apologies or anything. The receptionist was so nonchalant. I even asked how long the wait time would be and she brushed me off and placed my hands in cheap lotion. My time is VERY VERY valuable and if there is a wait, she should have been honest with me. Best of luck to this business.

I waited 30 mins for them to start with my appt this was my 2nd time trying them out and I won’t be back after this. Beyond the wait time I got my nails and feet done which cost about $154 plus I tipped. My nails are still in tact my the polish on my feet looks crazy very disappointed in paying that type of money just for the 2nd day and they look like this. I would like someone to call and explain what happened and why. All the polish on my big toes look crumbled up and thick it’s not smooth it’s chunky. I got my nails and feet done for a wedding renewal and it’s too late to get them fixed or I’d be paying someone more money to get them fixed imma just leave them cause I already paid them so much but definitely not happy about this.

Positives are that my nails looked awesome and they were super receptive to my design ideas! Although there were some slight air bubbles in my stickers but it wasn’t super noticeable. Minus’s are that nails started to chip after 3 days. Also I made an appointment for 1:30 and was not even sat until 2:30, and that was kind of irritating. Staff was super nice but I am overall kinda disappointed, especially about the chipping.

I've been coming here for years, and it remains my go-to spot for all my nail care needs. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, with a chic and modern decor that creates a soothing environment. The staff here are consistently wonderful. Everyone is super nice and goes out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Their professionalism is evident in the high-quality services they provide, making sure you leave with perfectly done nails every time. I also appreciate the TVs available during services, which offer a nice distraction. For those interested in intricate nail designs, this salon is top-notch. The technicians are incredibly skilled and can create stunning, detailed designs that exceed expectations.
