The young lady that was at the front she was so sweet and kind she gave us a tour the wonderful groomers who were working on the puppies were very nice and an amazing attitudes didn't mind answering questions that me and my niece asked and the the fur babies looked amazing I will be patronizing with them real soon me and my momma and niece I loved it will recommend

I brought in my Shih Tzu who could not be groomed for 3 months due to pregnancy and birthing. She had been through so much already. It has taken forever for her to spend 5 seconds away from her puppies. I called and made an appointment and explained the situation to the owner (White older female). When we got her there, the owner looked at her like trash and I almost didn't leave her. Four hours later I received a call, anticipating to pick her up. I was advertised 4 hours later that she had not been cut because it would be an extra charge. Four hours later when I dropped her off at 8 am. The owner knew that she was a new mommy and that Shih Tzus mat. The owner had not offered her water or a treat. The last visit, I paid $65 for the cut and gave the owner a $20 tip to give to the groomer, April. I would have paid the $100 in a heartbeat, but since she made my puppy wait 4 hours with no cut, food or water and threw her at me, I decided not to patronize this company any longer. The owner looked down on my pet, and didn't want anything to do with her. She could have stated that in the beginning and saved my puppy the stress of being away from her litter for the first time and then starving her. Is this where you want your pets to be? I don't.....

I have been going here for years every time I go I spend over $100 plus dollars but when I tell you this morning on June 8, 2023, THE OLDER LADY THAT WORK THE FRONT HAD THE NASTY I MEAN NASTY Attitude I HAVE EVER SEEN AT THIS PLACE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH MY DOGS ? BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE HAD GOING ON THIS MORNING ?. BUT ON A GOOD NOTE MY PET GROOMER I will recommend Them to do your dog grooming.

I love taking my fur baby here because they have always been very caring in making her look beautiful and smelling so good.I'm always surprised when she comes out all dolled up with ear bows and a neckerchief.They are also very patient with my fur baby too. I've been taking my fur baby to this groomer for years and I would not trust her with her with no one else.

They ladies always do a good job on our dogs. We have a German Shepard and a Shitzu and I never had a issue with them.
