Julie and Mike sold me a ring I went to pawnshop to find the value of ring two days later came to find out diamonds not real absolutely no value of ring I paid $320. So I called to speak with Julie and ask could I return the ring and explained what pawn shop said she claimed due to COVID going on and I had worn the ring for 2-3 days I couldn’t, They actually cheated me and most their Jewelry has no value customers be aware. I feel robbed and cheated. I am still looking for further legal action to be taken regarding this matter, I highly recommended you not do business with this Jewelry Store.

They are a rip off, something breaks that you got from them and then still have to pay to get it fixed. They still getting money all the way around. They need to start offering insurance to customers. I will never buy another piece of jewerly from them, those type of people are greedy and rude.

Full of BS, make sure you shop around because they will try and get over on you of you dont know your stuff, you actually can go online other places and see this same little jewelry for way cheaper I will never spend anything else with them. Will not return.I purchased a necklace and it broke the same day they didn't want to fix it so middle finger to them
