I ran in quickly to grab a gift card for a birthday party. First I looked beside every register, then I surprisingly doubled back in case o missed them. Then I headed to the greeting cards to see if they were there. Nope! But I saw a blue vest with the Walmart logo on it. "Excuse me sir, could you tell me where the gift cards are?" He responded "I don't speak English." I found another employee, and got the same response. This is America, right? I have traveled across the world, and NEVER asked a store employee say "I don't speak English" or refuse to help except Memphis, TN Walmart.

I have been a loyal shopper at the Germantown Walmart since 2003, but after what the MANAGER put me through last night, I will NEVER shop here again! I am almost 55 years old and I have never shoplifted in my life, and to be FALSELY ACCUSSED of stealing is an OUTRAGE! The sad part about it is that the p**** a** b**** did not have the b**** to even tell me what he THINKS that I supposedly stole or where I was supposed yo have put it! WORST WALMART IN MEMPHIS! Out of the 4 Walmarts I have been to in the Bartlett, Lakeland, Cordova this is by far the cleanest, most organized and stocked one of them all. Although some areas were dirty. Specifically I got some ham, cheese, bread, herbs, American Clear seltzer, fruit. Didn't walk into the other areas though. Just the food market. Only item of note... almost all employees on the floor, stocking were on there phone. Must be the norm now. 3 and half stars

I ordered tires online, paid for them and set up and appointment for an install on my Jeep. After 4hours they called me to tell me they will not mount them because they are not the specified tire from Jeep. I went to return them and they said I have to wait 24hrs. I don't own a truck to haul these around in. I borrowed a truck.

It pains me to write this, but Walmart is constantly going downhill. I have been here 3 times in the last 3 days at different times of the day. And each time there were maybe 3-4 lines with cashiers. Which meant the lines were back into the clothes! Luckily, I don't mind using self checkout due to Covid, but that line was back into the food section!! Completely unacceptable! I go because of the convenience of it being a one stop shop, but oh my! I'm about ready to pay a few extra dollars to go to a different store that will allow me to get in and out more quickly.

Got an oil change. Customer service may as well have been a rude robot. I don't need smiles and small talk, but I do need to be listened to as a paying customer and competence from a service provider. To top this off, my oil pan was sealed with chemical sealant without permission or any mention to me. This was done because the extra 2 secs it takes to properly screw the pin wasn't taken AND it still wasn't sealed 100% because my car leaked oil. I'm more knowledgeable than average regarding cars so I can troubleshoot, but if I was someone else they may not have known to recognize the signs to look into from the leakage. As a service center this is unacceptable. I WILL NOT BE BACK and hope no one does.

On a monthly basis, we visit this Walmart location 2-3 times a month. Normally, I would not write a review of such visits. However, I want to acknowledge the SUPERB Patience and GREAT Customer Service of Miss Kathryn, who was the Cashier in the Garden Center on 06/10/21 at 2:41 pm.

This location was great compared to the others in this area! From the phone call, to the service when I walked in. The ladies working the desk were amazing. The guys doing the work even offered me something to drink since I sat outside (it was nice out). Came in at 5 pm left at 6 pm with my 3 new tires. Quick and fast, and good work. I found my new Walmart service station from here on out. Walmart on Germantown Parkway.

Slow customer service during grocery pick up. Staff lax and Manager seems not to care about customer's long wait time, more than 45 minutes for pre-ordered order. I spoke to 3 different associates, Kendall, Ahmaud, and one whose name I am unable to recall, that told me the order would be right out. On the last call into the store, I requested to speak with a manager because the last employee, Ahmaud, stated to me that he had the phone the entire time and I had not called. Lie number 1. He then put Marcellus on the phone who seemed equally unconcerned, did not apologize and only said the order would be right as it was now number 3 in the que. Mind you I had already waited 30 minutes, was the only car in the pick up area before this latest call, and had already made a run into the store and purchased items and still came out to no groceries(someone was in the care to accept the order) and Manager told me that he won't take the blame and is not accountable for the screw up and confusion. This manager, Marcellus, is highly incompetent and should not be leading other employees. Let me check Target services instead. 12.8.2020

Awful service and very rude cashiers. The shelves are empty. Two of the employees were about to get in a fight recently while the others stood around and watched. No one tried to break it up! This location deserves zero stars.

The Wal-Mart in Cordova....ladies beware! Their lighting at the entrance to Pharmacy and Grocery is out!! I called tonight to make their security division aware. They told me that they are aware. Also Memphis Police does not have a car here tonight. I saw no other security patrolling the parking lot! There is a MPD camera in the parking lot but it is dark! Walmart had cut staff...I waited 7 minutes and 26 seconds to talk with a manager.....they never responded to the phone call!

This store is horrible. And the TLE department is even worse. I called the store to get a tire size several times. Each time I called I was out on hold for 15 minutes at a time and know on never came to the phone. Went in today to get a tire put on and it took them 3 hours. Then the young lady standing about 5'2 light skin with glasses and braids in her hair stood there texting on her phone. Instead of calling me letting me know my vehicle had been finished. This store is never fully stocked. I should give them one star but I'll be nice and give them 2.

Just sat at the auto service to get an oil change. I was the only car, but none of the employees could acknowledge I was there, even when they walked by me. Waited to be helped for 15min. I left with no service. Horrible customer service!!!!
