If I could leave 0 stars and still write a review I would. Me and my sister were set to move in on Monday, September 9, 2024. The unit that Miller Creek's leasing professionals leased to us is an ADA wheelchair-accessible apartment. Neither I nor my sister needed those accommodations so we never took full ownership of the apartment. The leasing professionals and property manager are now trying to offer us a smaller unit, a different floor plan, and a later move-in date as the only options instead of refunding our money and closing our lease on their end. They have stated that we are going to be charged over $1700 to break the lease despite this being a mess up on their end. They have admitted numerous times that this information is supposed to be disclosed not only on their website but leasing professionals are also supposed to notify us. They refuse to give us our money back and have stated this is because we are in a binding contract. We have expressed our concerns on the matter and still haven't gotten a solution. Both I and my sister are full-time students and full-time workers. Our whole experience with Miller Creek at Germantown has been unprofessional. If I were anyone looking for an apartment to lease with I wouldn't work with Miller Creek at Germantown, IRT Living, or any of their sister properties; they are very unprofessional.

My experience with MillerCreek at Germantown was the best. Faith was the best leasing agent. She did an outstanding job and she basically helped me and I was discouraged at first with applying but she got me right. Shout out to Faith

On July 18, 2024, I filled out a work order request for my garage On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, I was notified that my work order was closed even though the work had been completed. When I reached out to the office staff, I was informed that “Hi Roderick, per the work order closing notes. It appears that this was closed due to precision stating they are shooting for 8/26/24 to come out and complete your repair. As of today, 08/30/24, the garage sole is still broken and on 08/29/24, I sent the office staff a message but I haven’t received an form of communication back regarding the email or repair. I was told that the garage is still attached to my lease but I won’t be charged for the garage until it’s repaired. to be repaired and as of today (08/30/24) its has not been repaired. I’ve expressed my concerns with the leasing agents on multiple occasions even went as far as expressing my concern with the property manager who seemed unconcerned about an issue brought to her by a resident. Her words were “I have people working for me and that’s their job to keep up with incomplete work order repairs, not mine.”
Fast forward, on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, I was notified that my work order was closed even though the work had not been completed. When I reached out to the office staff, I was informed that “per the work order closing notes. It appears that this was closed due to precision stating they are shooting for 8/26/24 to come out and complete your repair. As of today, 08/30/24, the garage door is still broken with no follow up communication from any member of the property (leasing agent, maintenance nor property manager). On 08/29/24, I sent the office staff a message but I haven’t received a form of communication back regarding the email or repair. I was told that the garage is still attached to my lease but I won’t be charged for the garage until it’s repaired.
What was once a dream place to live has turned out to be a nightmare. I have never rented an apartment before where i felt as if my concerns were bothering the staff.
Bottom line, if you want to be valued and effectively communicated with as a resident where you’re paying your hard earn money, DON’T MOVE HERE! Also, I’ve NEVER been late paying my rent, do not cause any problems and I strive to be a good neighbor.

I am really enjoying my stay at Miller Creek. Ms. Faith was so helpful when I moved in at the end of March 2024. Ms. Faith answer all my questions before I moved to Miller Creek...her customer service was excellent. Ms. Faith is pleasant, kind, and gentle toward other people. Please keep that positive attitude and I appreciate you so much. Thank you.

Horrible complex to stay at. I would not recommend living here. Gates will stay open to leave random people coming in to and from, constant noise and issues going on with people. The apartments are dirty and stay dirty. Cops will be there often dealing with problems around the apartments. Be careful and make sure to ask for walk throughs. Notice was not given any of us and we moved out on our own. Then charged us a 1,000 for carpets replacements. If we would have know the damages underneath the carpets were there, we would have cleaned them. When offered to clean, they said they already began working and restricted access. We gave them the last penny they could milk out of us and were on our way. Warning to all people stepping into a new phase of their life. Miller will get every bit they can out of you.
I would recommend city place behind it. New building, new facilities, better quality at the same price.
Good look if you move in

I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. I only moved for a job relocation, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Billy and Bridget for making my move out process easy!

I have been here since August 2018 and this latest issue is the final straw for me. I have filed at least 4 maintenance requests for my apartment’s AC unit over the last two months. Each time they say what the issue is, fix it and it works for a day or so and stops. Due to the weather lately, I haven’t had to run the AC since Christmas but after the winter event, the temperature outside is in the 60s but my apartment gets really warm for some reason. I turned my AC on last night before bed and woke up in the middle of the night sweating. My thermostat says 78 degrees, even though I had my windows open, and that is not a desirable temperature for me when I go to sleep. I called the on call maintenance person and left a message around 3am and received no call back. I also submitted a ticket through the resident portal around 8am and later in the afternoon around 3pm I received a email from the management saying the parts/service were not in stock and it would not be fixed. At this point I’m frustrated because this was made aware back in December. So I called the office and spoke to a man named Billy or something and he wasn’t too helpful, basically just echoed the email. Then he finally mentions the portable unit and I said I’ll like one. So I leave my apartment to run errands and come back to my place and there’s still no unit. Now it’s almost 5pm and the office closes at 6. So I call the front office again and this time I speak to Bridgette. She contacts maintenance and turns out there is no portable units for them to even bring to my apartment. I’m guessing no one was going to communicate that to me. All in all, the level of customer service I receive compared to the amount I pay for rent is unacceptable. I left a message with Bridgette for the property manager to give me a call, but I’m not hopeful anything will be resolved.

Honestly, the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The community is nice and it’s a quiet area. They have great amenities and events for the community. The Property manager, Leasing consultants And maintenance staff are all great. Haven’t had a problem yet.

My daughter lives here .She's lived here for more than two years. We really enjoy trivia night and bingo. They even have a block party for tenants and family.Their maintenance guy Greg Tarton is very knowledgeable in his work and gets the job done right. Job well done Greg.
