In a hard place just moving to Memphis from Florida and choose this spot to get a storage for about a month. I didn’t have money for a lock at the time of getting the storage but eventually got one the day before he put my stuff out. He said I could have until October 1, 2023 BEFORE 5 pm (closing) to have a lock I had it ms he still put my stuff out! My babies lost years of hard work building electrical equipment and I lost valuable things of my parents that died that I’ll never get back. He didn’t stick to his word but he offered great business. He also made the famous “you people” quotes!! He told me about a place to rent out and I went there and got one but he didn’t hold up to his end by letting me have until 5pm that day! Due to work I’m at work before they even open and work until 4. I have never been this heart broken over anything I’ve carried my mom ashes and the rest of the family for years and now I can’t get them back!

If you try to find more affordable self-storage in or near Memphis, you will only go crazy from incorrect phone numbers, absentee corporate owners, and prices that don't even seem real. Midtown Mini Storage doesn't have the longest hours or great climate control, but they are the best deal in town, secure, fair, and accountable.
