The moment I walked in Mrs. Stephanie at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very polite. She helped me with everything I needed and more. The uniform I came for they didn’t have but she made sure I walked out satisfied. My uniform is perfect fit also it didn’t take that long at all, 15 to 20 Mindi was out the door. My experience was amazing. I was helped with varies things I had a hard time finding as well informed about certain clothing, styles, and brands. Measurements and shirt designs were easy and fast pace. Each employee were able to help with everything. Stephanie 👍🏾😁

I just want to give Ms. Stephanie her kudos. She gave me great customer service. When I walked in there were only 2 customers ahead of me. In a short time the customer count grew while she was tending the front counter. She made sure to acknowledge each customer and extended her apologies for the delays. On top of that the storm came in and briefly interrupted their computer system. She explained the delay and continued to take care of my needs. I reassured her that I understood and that this was beyond her control. I encouraged her to use the storm to relax for a minute 😃. Keep up the good work Ms Stephanie.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Unfortunately Yelp forces me to give them at least a star. I ordered uniforms through Midsouth and didn't hear from them weeks after. I contacted them several times, only to reach a voicemail and never get a call back. Finally I reached someone and they gave me the run around that my uniforms would be in soon, blah blah blah. I waited almost a month and still didn't have my shirt tops. I called back (through the voicemail jungle once again), and finally reached a manager who refunded me my money. But here I am, still without uniform tops while my work looks at me like I'm stupid. Stay away, go order your stuff on blauer.com instead!
