This was the best experience ever! MidSouth Engraving knocked it out of the park with this, Kimber .45 for a 45th birthday gift ?Eric and his staff were great folks to work with. Their prices are fair. The work is impeccable. The customer service made me feel like family. These guys are a very busy shop, and they still did my job on pretty short notice and DELIVERED! And just look at the absolutely beautiful job they did on this engraving! ? Very Happy!Being located inside TopGun Range with a BBQ restaurant inside the same building is a real treat!

Bought a mag from them at a gunshow, later found out, at no fault of theirs that it had a chip that caused it to not slide into the magwell properly. I sent a picture of the chipped piece and they sent me out a new mag the same day.

Wonderful people and even better craftsmanship. Full of wonderful ideas and always quality work. I’ve ordered multiple mags cutting boards and even had some custom cups done as gifts. Definitely the place to go for engraving. No one even comes close to this quality business.

I ordered a custom magazine only a few days ago and have already received it. The order was a Father’s Day gift with many personalized demands.I had the pleasure of working with Marcie through email due to it being an out of state order. She was very quick to respond and went back and forth with me until a design I was happy with was achieved. Eric also reached out to me by phone to make sure everything was satisfactory.Not only was I blown away with the quality of work done on the project, but I was also highly impressed with the level of customer service that was offered throughout this experience!I 100% recommend this company for any engraving project. They will not disappoint!
