Very rude staff. Floors are dirty. I asked for help, employees act disinterested in helping me. I won't go back.

If I could give them a 0 or a -5, I would. I went to the store looking for some black jeans. I had just left another store, and they didn't have what I wanted and I was pressed for time, so I thought I'd stop there. I walked in, asked "Chloe" where the women's jeans were, and proceeded to browse. Within about two minutes, I found exactly what I was looking for, and they were what I considered to be competitively priced for a second-hand store. The tag read $6.98. I took them up to the register to purchase them, and Chloe informed me that I would not be able to purchase the jeans because the price tag was not attached. Actually, it was attached, but it was attached to the pocket, which apparently is not where the price tags are typically attached. Even though she saw me enter the store and common sense should have told her that I had not been there long enough to engage in the type of deception of which it appeared I was being accused, she acted as if I had switched price tags and called a "Code 5" (whatever that is) to the Assistant Manager, Brendan, who naturally backed up her position to not sell me the jeans. I understand "policies," but I also understand "good customer service," which was not exhibited by Chloe or Brendan. If it is obvious that the customer didn't engage in the type of activity for which the policy is designed to address, the staff should have the discretion to waive the policy in the interest of good customer service. Either the policies or the training need to be revised but, in the meantime, I won't darken their door again.

The prices for clothes are very cheap. I spent around 22 dollars for multiple pieces. (Clothes cost around 3 dollars.) However, most of the items couldn't fit me. I am very small, and most clothes were a medium and there's no fitting rooms. I wanted to take some items out at check out because I realized some sizes couldn't fit me and the cashier at the register said that she would have to get the manager just to re-ring everything up. Felt forced to buy it anyway. I found some amazing pieces; however, they didn't fit as snug as I wanted. There weren't a lot of interesting pieces there. I have bought some that I regret. Other than that, its alright.

Kind staff, big space with lots to look through. Really solid mens section which is hard to find sometimes. Friend left with genuine leather vest, suede shirt, necklace and short sleeve button up for less like $40.
Will definitely come back here next time I visit.

I stop in here time to time , most of the clothes are in great condition but some stuff could be a little pricey for a thrift store but definitely beats retail!
