MM&M came to the hospital I was in and set me up with my compressor and my To-Go tank.Since then Paul has been nothing but helpful with a few service calls he's had to make for me and the office person on the phone is always so helpful and considerate.(Even when I forgot to pay one month!)Thanks yall!!

I will definitely return here anytime I need medical supplies. The store was well organized and stocked. While we didn’t buy what we came for since it didn’t work for what I needed, they actually had it in stock to try unlike most of other places. The associate in the store (sorry I forgot your name) was very helpful and nice. He also showed us other options he had in store for me to chose from. He was not pushy at all and just wanted me to get what would help me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING A**HOLES!Person on the phone was one of the most rudest, unbusiness like, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. Yes there are problems on my end that I did not know about. Instead of talking to me like a customer I was treated like criminal. I am just a patient I do not know or understand all the insurance issues. They say they sent bills never received them. They have never called me about issues. Then today they decided to take my oxygen equipment without calling or explaing why. Just received a call that they are coming to pick it up. Your health and well-being means nothing to them.

Mid-south medical and mobility was a able to get us our in home oxygen machine and portable oxygen tank the same day as requested which prevented a hospital stay which was a blessing! When it was time to return the equipment, it was such an easy process. They were so prompt and were able to come the next day to pick it up. Ashley gave great customer service scheduling it for pickup and the man picking it up was extremely nice and helpful. We had a flawless experience all around and would highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the service we received in getting a wheelchair for my grandmother. Ordering and delivery were seamless. They showed us how to set it up and how to use it. Very friendly company with the patient’s comfort in mind. Highly recommend!!!

I had been looking for incontinence products for a family member and could not find sizes above XL. This store had the 3X in stock that I needed as well as a variety of bed pads. The employee was helpful on the phone and let me know what they had in stock before I made the trip. The location is convenient with plenty of parking and an accessible entrance. Inside they also have stationary and mobility chairs, walkers, compressive clothing, hygienic products, and more!

I have a mobilized chair warranty ran out the chair all busted want to charge me a service charge of $75 which I cannot afford you tell me I can't get a chair until 2024 and that's not promised to nobody these chairs are not doable they not long lasting the chair I have only a indoor chair what I need to go outdoors as well it's taking a toll on me I'll call Medicare about immobilized chair I don't have to wait every 5 years so why are y'all saying that check with the manufacturer that makes you chairs cheap material is not fair to disabled people like myself it's an endanger to our health in our body step your services up you want better rating do better

Our aunt's new and costly mobile chair (Golden Compass) is quite a danger for her but they wont' exchange it. She didn't request that particular chair; It's just what they brought her. She's rammed it into furniture and walls a number of times because the speed button is the same as the power button and she isn't aware she's put it on high speed. She's also got gashes in her legs from the metal pieces that jut out where the leg stirrups go, which are off because they were getting caught in doorways.

This is hands down the best DME in the area. Local business that aren't a conglomerate are the way to go, don't go with the big-box healthcare companies, they have no incentive to treat you fairly. Mid-South Medical & Mobility does.

Excellent experience. Gwen assisted us at the store, she was very professional, pleasant and helpful. We bought a Lift Recliner Chair and it was delivered by Josh the next day as promised. We are very please with their service.

I was not pleased with my first experience which was today Aug. 10, 20. I had talked to Mr. Earnest on Sunday morning and he assured me that if I bring a prescription to the store on summer the next day which was Monday Aug. 10 I could pick up a breathing machine for my patient because they were in the store. So I took the prescription to the store and the lady told me it would be several days, and she was sorry I had been given the wrong information. so when I called him back he said he thought I could pick it up the same day. He sounded unconcerned that i had gotten someone to take me to midtown, then drove way out to his store on summer for nothing.
