I am very pleased and happy to be a tenent with Mid-South Rentals. I have been a tenent for 5yrs. and happy to say, if any maintenance issues, they are on it immediately. The contractor's will work around your schedule. The staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. I am happy to be a tenent with the company.

My lease was up and I never signed another lease and was paying month to month I moved and they claim I automatically was on another year lease never heard of it.
