Terrible service 9 days of waiting and then to do the oil change more than 4 hours and you still told me that it would take a few more hours but they never even give you an estimated time

Truck drove in to for derate issue!2 days later they told me electrical issue and they will need an electrician to check it out. Next day I called they said they looking into it, called them back in the evening they said the mechanic is not here and coming later (at 11pm at night mechanic showed up. Next day evening they said it’s a turbo. Told them to give me estimates they send estimate for $17K and they can’t get part.I TOLD THEM I WILL TOW THE TRUCK OUT OF THEIR SHOP AND WILL TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP.they want $1300 for their misdiagnosis and waisting our time.Respond to the manager with the phone number that is impossible to reach him.I really want to talk to you about your service department, but it will be waist of time because I have already tried and managers are either on conference calls or out somewhere.Respectfully follow up with your service department and you can easily find my info to contact me.

Bill Stearnes and the whole MHC Kentworth crew never fails to make sure Silvia and I was taken care of with the best equipment for our business. This is our 2nd truck we purchased through him and each time he held our hands through the process. I purchased my second truck from MHC and I must say, I haven’t been disappointed yet. My salesman Bill Stearnes always provides excellent information, communication&honesty. They have a great team and I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

Had a truck with a warning light on so called this place to see if they have time to look at it. I was told they can get us in in the evening or the lattes in the morning. When driver got there Ray said they don't have parking for the trailer, I said I wish you tell me this when i called you before coming here, we had a loaded trailer so cant just leave it at the truck stop, Ray said he will see if he can find where to park and about 30 min later he came up to my driver and gave him an address of a nearby yard to park his trailer. Ray never mentioned that we will need to pay to park there . So at about 5-6pm driver drop the trailer at that lot, no one said that we will need to pay anything when we dropped the trailer there as well. Next day they got the truck i the shop afternoon (not in the morning as we were told), after couple hours truck was out of the shop and we needed top go pick up the trailer. The lot was closed so they gave us a ph # of a guy to come and open the gate. We called the guy and he said he wont be there till late evening so we had to wait till like 9pm till we were able to get the trailer. The guy said we need to pay $350 for packing fee, i was shocked, like 1st we were never aware that we need to pay to park there and 2nd $350 to park from 5pm till 6pm next day !? what kind of packing fee is this ? i said that we are MHC Kenworth costumers and they send us to park here and no one said we need to pay but the guy said he doesn't care and he wont give us the trailer till we pay. I called MHC Kenworth to talk to Ray but he was gone for the day and no one else could help with this so we had to pay to get the trailer.Overall truck was not in the shop as we were told and due to luck of communication on their side we had to pay a huge trailer packing fee. Definitely not recommending this business and we will be avoiding this location in the future.

Please stay far away from this service. Worst service ever had in more than 30 yrs of trucking experience.They installed two diesel pump units for PACCAR common rail and after 1 hour and 45 min of driving one get loose and put truck breakdown.They don't want to cover expenses caused by their lack of skills. Nobody with authority answer and they just don't want to be responsible.This place should be out of business. Service manager never answered to fix the problem. Avoid them.

Went in for a bad air compressor, and the place was packed!!! FULL!!! I was short on time and explained my situation to the guys in the shop and in the office. They got me in and got the truck fixed in record time. Thanks to Rhett in the office and Nick the tech. Well done guys ... THANK YOU!

I came in with and check engine light, and intermittent engine shut down prompts. Was diagnosed and all parts were needed were in stock. Was in and out in less then 12hrs. Ended being a coolant reservoir and a def sensor. Diagnosis and repairs were good. Would recommend this MHC location.

I do not recommend trusting this shop with the service of your equipment. A week and $13,000 later, my truck still has the same issue we brought it in the shop for. We made it 5 hours down the road and truck went into derate again, which is what they said they "fixed". We took the truck to the KW dealership in LA and they informed us all the work they conducted had nothing to do with the initial issue the truck was brought in for. Drivers beware!
