Just went in to pay a bill. A middle age black lady assists me & while doing so asks me to upgrade. After I politely declined & she fpund out what type of phone I had she begin to talk very negative about MY phone. I understood her intention was to make a sale, but. at the costs of putting the customers current option down? Very inconsiderate & tasteles. I won't be doing business at that location again
