It's just u got wait 6mos on upgrade that sucks why when u can just swap with another carrier co the respective was helpful plus the phone might last for one or 2 years

I went in to port my number and got a new phone. The staff was very friendly and got me in and out with the new service in 30 minutes. This store will be the only store I go to for now on.

They are not truthful. They lied and told me I couldn’t buy a sims card unless I buy a new phone. I already had a phone. I went to another store and they offered bettered service!

I like metro deals on there phone's but the service was horrible... I thought I could deal with it but I couldn't... I had to switch my services... I can't even use my phone in Mississippi... Bad business...
