0/0 Went to Get my new phone transferred from metro service to T-mobile and employee Jay and other colleague gave me an hard time. I was told my service couldn’t get transferred because I didn’t have my card that I purchased it with ; then proceeded to tell me go back to the location that I went to when ordering the phone . Lucky the representative from T-mobile stated that Jay was incorrect and that I just needed my pin to verify. will NOT BE GOING BACK TO LOCATION!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE 0/0

Very disrespectful one guy the bigger taller guy Try to scam me out of 60$ for a transfer fee for no transfer.Then he Attempted to block me from leaving cueing me after i Threaten to call the cops He backed off. Ladies, people please be careful dealing with these people.

I went in today in a very specific hastiness to get a new phone. I had work to do as well as intended to get on the highway. Udaishri and Sam did such an amazing job taking care of me. It was refreshing to watch Sam's relationship with the customers who came in.

Worst experience ever. Instead of adding a second line to my account, the clerk opened a whole new account, overcharged me, lied about having handset insurance protection, created an unknown pin so I was locked out of my account, and put me on autopay when I said not to. Hate this store! Unless you want to be scammed, find another location .

Horrible like all metro owners so far in Memphis closed at 645 bad business people like the one on s.Cleveland in Memphis salesmen overcharged had to call on line and California metro T-Mobile is a lot better! Can’t wait to find people who actually do their job ! If someone wants to make money open one across the street and be open!!!

Went to get a case for the tablet we got from them and they were closed, at 645pm. Online says they close at 7. This is not the first time or location that closes whenever they want, it is getting really really old that everywhere is closing when they feel like it.
