This store is rarely even open during specified hours. I tried paying my phone bill (which was $81) with $100 bill cash. I was told she didn't have the $19 change in her drawer because "I was her 1st customer". Then I asked if she had change for a $5 to which she replied "no". I ended up having to pay with quarters! I just find it extremely hard to believe any establishment doesn't have at LEAST $20 IN CHANGE

VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I went to this store to transfer from Verizon and I had my own phone. The young lady then asked if I wanted a free tablet and I said "no". She then stated that it would be $120 and that's when I said, " Even with my bringing my own phone?" and she said "yes, along with activation." I'm thinking it was for two months because I wasn't able to truly understand her. She then gave me a set of wireless ear buds. Anyway, I called customer service to ask what the fees were for bringing my own cell and she stated it should not have been $120. The Rep then said that it was showing that I paid cash $59 and I informed her that I paid with my card not with cash in the amount of $120. Anyway...these people are trying to rip you off. Turns out she charged me $60 for ear buds that I did not ask for making me think they were free. Plus they weren't name brand. Visit at your own risk!!

I have never seen the worst customer service than this branch before. The Lady who works there is extremely rude she has no manners, not professional. I'm very disappointed in their service in general.

This is the ABSLOUTE worst store in Memphis! There is a new person EVERY week (and alone with no help) that knows NOTHING! Deleted my line then said it would take 3 days before they could put it back. Can't change a phone. I spent an hour waiting for thiss girl to fix what she messed up then she asked "could I just go on Lamar to have them fix it?" and I just had to leave. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The guy in the store was being very mean and rudeto my mom and another costumer. My mom was only gonna pay for my dads phone and his was making excuses that that’s not her phone and telling her all this things. And my mom just left and we went to another Metro PCS store.
