I went in for an upgrade on my phone. I've been a metro PCS customer for years now, and done many upgrades, where the phone has been discounted for the upgrade. I was told I would have to pay full price of $599 for the phone, which has never happened in all my years of metro use. I feel like I was being scammed, and he kept asking me how much money I had, trying to see if he could get all of it. Felt very uncomfortable so I left. Be careful when dealing with this store!

Nope, nope, nope, nope! I'm switching to Boost Infinite now, and I've been Metro for 8 years! The only offer new customers who are transferring their phones lines from one carrier to another the best deals on the phone. If you've been with them for years, you don't get anything. You get a discount but it's not equal to the discount that the new customers get! There's no way on this planet, that the phone that I wanted should cost me as much as I was quoted! I've had the same phone for 3 years now, and switching to Boost Infinite, I got a new Motorola Razr and our bill is practically the same plus $3.75!! The same phone that I'm getting from Boost Infinite, they wanted about $500 for at Metro by T-Mobile! So, thanks but no thanks, I'll move on with my new phone, and I'm not looking back! If you're a current Metro by T-Mobile customer, and looking for better customer service, and better phones, try boost infinite!

I didn't feel that they took good care of me and they didn't resolve my doubts either, and I'm referring to the young woman who was in customer service.
I even felt like he ignored me a little.
I was clear with my question
I lost the new customer promotion, why did I take out my line 5 days ago and didn't I tell you about the promotion?
I think they should be a little more direct in their answers.

I usually get good customer service but I went last week to pay my phone bill and there was nobody in the store until i walked out 10min after a guy came in from a car he was sitting in a car with a friend the whole time I didn't even know if the guy worked there he didn't even apologize while i was inside the store waiting for somebody and he had an attitude when i asked questions we had an argument about my bill i guess he was new but they should fire him and i won't be coming back to that store. horrible service hire better people

This Metro store was definitely the best choice I could've made for a new phone with new service at a very fair price plus the employees are so friendly and helpful I give them 100 + and I recommend goin here to this lo action to all ok f my fr u e do and family and they have b ok the v vut great things t in say also THANKZ SO MUCHMETRO PCS PCS !!!

I purchased AirPod pro with wireless case and the person that sold them to me showed me the wireless charger in the box. The purchase price was $249.99. When I got home and got ready to charge the AirPods the same night, the box had been switched, and I went back to this store to get the charger and the person up front was asking me questions like what was this person's name. I know that she switched the box intentionally. I will never sho jeered again. I'm not stupid.
