CROOKS. they apparently accepts $5 for a month of service for 2 lines ( even though I paid $75 bill + $50 to switch from a broken phone) now I am being charged two 2 months because "allegedly" I only paid $4.80. 0 stars. I'm going to talk to my lawyer

I suggest you go to another MetroPCS. They over charged me for home internet. They charge $120 that didn't show up on my account and another $55 that did show up. I filed a Complaint with MetroPCS Corporate. They went into my account and authorized the $55 payment with my permission. They do not answer the phone

I suggest you go to another phone service, i was with them for a long time, paid on time or in advance, had insurance on my phone, lost phone and they made it too hard to get replaced.

This is the worst phone place ever. They’ve fixed my phone twice in a month and it was still glitching and the screen would freeze. I went to take it somewhere else to get fixed because they obviously didn’t know how to do there job. When the guy at the magic wireless opened my phone. He showed me to my face that Er wirless stole brackets and pieces out of my phone to re use to make profit. They were the only company who had ever opened up my phone behind closed doors. That’s
