I purchased a HG home internet box from this store and you guys forgot to apply the coupon for the first free month.It's on my bill that I have to pay126.00 but that's incorrect.I've only had the box since the 9th of june so how is it a free month when it's show's that y'all didn't apply the coupon for the free month?

I absolutely ❤️ MetroPCS's rates and the fact that I don't have to sign a contract ever is the whole entire reason I've been a customer for as long as I have. Unfortunately the MetroPCS location on Cleveland in the heart of one of the greatest neighborhoods in Memphis is without a doubt the worst MetroPCS store I've ever stepped foot in !!!Every single "employee" is related to the employee next to them and from the moment any female walks through the door they're all undressing her, flirting like 13 year old little boys on the verge of puberty... Its SOOOOOO creepy and weird. They speak to each other in their native language and it's blatantly obvious they're talking about the customers directly in front of them. I had the most horrific experience the last time I was in there and I'll never ever return to that particular store ever again ??

I went into this Metro just to get pay my bill and got 15 minutes of promotion before I could even do it. That's not why I came there, I going to try to pay online just to avoid the frustration.

I wouldn't have given 1 star, but it's the only way that I could let people know what is going on there. 3 months ago I went in to this location to pay bill because I was having a problem paying on line.They told me that it would cost me double the amount if I kept the phone I was using because it wasn't compatible with the new network. But if I was willing to pay double I could keep using the Samsung phone that I had. Then they pulled out a TCL phone and said this would work, and would only cost 120 dollar's, and I would have 5g service to. I didn't know what to do, as I was sick, and my hearing was really bad, so I bought the phone only to not have 5g service, and most of the time the internet was slow or none at all, and I only had 5g limited high speed data. So I called 611and told them what had happened, and they said they were sorry and the cost would not have doubled, and I didn't have to buyanother phone and that they would have a supervisor call me back.Never got the call. The next month, went to same store, confronted them, they started talking to each other in Arabic language and laughing and said they didn't know what I was talking about. So I paid another month of 10g highspeed data only to find out they only put me down for 5g high speed data but had charged me for 5g. I ask some other customers that were waiting if they had a problem there, and 2 said they had cheated them to.These people need to be fired, because it's apparent that all the employees are in on it. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL COME UP short!!!!

I bought 2 phones outright (as an international visitor), and was reassured they would unlock these for me when left the country 4 months later. Before I went home, a new staff member said it's not possible and the previous guy who promised me this had left, but as good will, would arrange it for me to be unlocked in my last week in the US. Now i've returned home and (suprise suprise) the phones weren't unlocked. So twice they lied about this, and frustratingly I'm back in my country with 2 locked phones that I cannot use or sell.I'd be happy to delete this review if it can still be rectified, but if they can't, I wouldn't trust the staff here

Went to have the charger port on my phone repaired or replaced. He tried but he failed. I still had to pay 30$ for the effort . I didn't leave feeling good about it

The guy who helped me was very pushy when I needed to add lines. I told him what I wanted and he still pushed me on what he wanted to sell and not what I wanted to buy.
