Stayed a week. Nice place. Everything worked well, but a little dark inside. Staff was nice & helpful to get us settled.

Lived here for just over a year now and it's been great. The building management is awesome, and Ali is the best. Maintenance is prompt and the doormen are always friendly and professional.

We have been living with my wife and our dog in Memphis for 6 months and we chose this building because of its good comments.
At first everything worked very well, when something small broke, they came quickly in less than a day and the maintenance staff is excellent.
I also want to add the excellent treatment of the security men, always very friendly.
The problem arose when part of the air conditioning in the apartment broke. When we contacted the administration, the Manager told us that they would take care of the issue, for more than 3 months and at the time of this review it is still broken, after the change of the device. It cost US$6,000 and they were looking for the best budget since the device was obsolete, so to fix it they had to leave the floor without air for an unspecified time.
There we became the culprits...... They also suggested that we lower the temperature to less than 70 Fahrenheit so that the cold air would reach the living room to which I told them that we are not going to be in Antarctica in the future. rest of the apartment to be well in the living room.
Already tired of so many excuses, I went to the administration several times and told them part of everything I said, in addition to telling them that I no longer believed in them and that Being Human will reach Mars before they fix the device.
They promised me a fan that they would bring it the next day, which did not happen, a shame since the apartment and the building are of high quality and the amenities and cleanliness are excellent.
PS: We have all the emails, WhatsApp and text messages of everything I tell you...
PS: A shame since the building is impeccable, the gym room is spectacular and it also has a place to bathe a dog with everything you need.
I repeat that it is a shame what happened to us with the air conditioning.
The only thing that bothers me, in addition to what has been mentioned, is that no window opens, it is something to keep in mind if you like to ventilate the apartment...

I stayed in this apartment for two years, and I can confidently say it was one of the best living experiences I've had. The community events were fantastic and fostered a friendly and welcoming atmosphere among the residents. The building takes security measures very seriously, both for the entire complex and on each individual floor, which made me feel safe at all times. Additionally, the consistent cleanliness of the building was impressive and greatly appreciated. Metro 67 will be missed!

Love living at Metro67! Amazing community and the property management team is great. Shoutout to Ali, Cage, Emily, and Maurice! The concierge team and the cleaning ladies are also great!
Community features: Rooftop with amazing views, nice gym and pelaton room, clubroom, and movie room!

I absolutely LOVE IT here! I literally have zero complaints! The entire team here is super awesome (Ali, Cage, Emily, Maurice, the maintenance team, even the security guards:). My interactions with each of them are always pleasant, but I’ve worked with Ali the most and she is BEYOND amazing! Ali goes over and beyond to deliver top-notch service for all residents. She moved me in Dec. 2022 and I’ve been here ever since. There’s no place I’d rather call home. Thank you Ali and the rest of the team for cultivating a peaceful and positive community here at Metro 67! It’s truly the most wonderful place to live!

We love living at Metro67! The entire team (Ali, Cage, Sam, Bernadette, the security team, etc.) are very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance responds almost immediately to all inquiries. The building is very quiet and there are many spaces available to work or hangout like the vault or the rooftop! The office team also hosts many events throughout the year for their residents which is very thoughtful. The apartments are very spacious although they are downtown and it is very secure! This is the only apartment that we choose to live in memphis and it is truly a gem!

We just moved in about a week ago from Colorado, and so far have been extremely impressed! Staff are extremely kind and happy to answer questions, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the building/rooms themselves are spacious and beautiful. It’s also located within walking distance of a couple parks and many downtown restaurants, great location which we are excited to take advantage of.
