Took mum here. I was very happy with her doctors and nurses. Doctors here are caring and know how to treat their patients. Fine example of excellent care. Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Of course no office is perfect..we are human but I will make mention. The only issues I see with this office is them being overwhelmed with patients which sets them back on their documentation and pharmacy calls. With there not being a lot of rheumatologist in the area to choose from, this is expected. Mum was one patient out of hundreds they see probably in one day and I can’t imagine how tired the docs and staff are. Suggestion only, Since charts are electronic, nurse should come in room with doctor or be ready after patient is seen by doc, to input info on patient right there and then, send over scripts before going to next patient. This helps keep things organized and thorough. I know because we do it at our busy office and it works. There are a select few of staff that need to remember why they are there, patient care, and not come off so harsh. Keep the attitude at home, please. How you act reflects on the whole practice so please be kind and patient when working with sick people. Not all personalities get along but how you speak at patients matters. Labs.. you may need a new system that can work your patients in a little quicker. Sitting and waiting for an hour or more to have labs drawn is a bit much for our elderly patients. I’m giving constructive criticism because I’m honest. However, this doesn’t take away from your actual performance because you’re great.I’m giving them a 5 star rating because they do deserve it. They have great doctors and they do care for their patients, overall. I feel sorry for the doctors and staff because I feel they are overwhelmed and I worry if they are taking care of themselves and able to take lunch breaks as busy as they seemed. We need you all so please take care of yourselves. All in all, we were very pleased. Just be patient with them and remember they are people too. You will be taken care of.

The people were kind but you can tell the redness. Who are you to tell someone that a certain food is bad when you are not a nutritionist. Who told you you were the sponsor for chic fli a. Like be real Kristy. The last time I was at this location before today was 3 years ago. It was terrible then and kinda of terrible now. Very judgemental people. It's sad especially for an inspiring nurse. The receptionist was rude telling someone grown where they have to sit while everyone else sits where they want to.These females here mix in nice with mean but thank God I can see itDr.Kim was okay. She is definitely not the best. Try to be more empathetic

My doctor was fantastic. Sadly, she’s “no longer with the practice”. I was not notified she was leaving. I have received no correspondence from them regarding her departure. Her assistant has been rude and defensive. How does a medical provider desert an individual with a chronic autoimmune illness? In fairness, the assistant told me I could use one of their other doctors. Why would I want to do that considering their lack of professionalism and compassion related to my doctor’s exit?

My doctor is "no longer with the group". I received no notification from the corporation, but was told by her assistant at my last visit. I was told I could use another doctor in the group. I have been seeing Dr, Akhigbe for 5 years, who is knowledgeable of my condition, which most are not. why would I want to see one of their other doctors, when the corporation in unprofessional, and lacks compassion?

Dr. Kim is phenomenal! It does take a while for an appointment, but when you do it is well worth it. Staff is very nice as well. Would highly recommend!!

Customer service is horrible! They wouldn’t let me get a word in.. the receptionist said “I’m going to tell you how this conversation is going to go” talking to me as if I were a 3 yrs old girl . I will be reporting this to their HR

I have several times since my Doctor left and I have been several different things. Today I experienced the rudest customer service from a lady name Alicia. She wouldn’t let me get a word in and was just out right rude.

I have been going to Dr. Ali since 2018 and she is an awesome doctor! She is patient and very understanding to your needs . Her nurse Chareese is equally as nice and helpful! The wait time is pretty much in/out as scheduled and front desk clerks are nice . I also love that when I first visit that office I saw bibles in the lobby showing they believe in offering spiritual help as well while we wait , if you want a great rheumatology group this is the place to be !

Dr. Pattanaik is a great doctor but the lab department I give them “0” stars. They make you wait for 30-45 mins just to get labs. It makes no sense. There was a lady that stated she had been waiting for 45 mins just to get labs. Are they understaffed or do they not know that people are waiting? It’s ridiculous!

The office staff is not very smart. They have my name wrong on my portal, took me forever to get in. My records have the wrong middle initial. When the front desk gave me an e-mail address they put the wrong e-mail in. I told her at the time it was wrong, but she told me it couldn't be changed because she had already entered it. The lab girls acted like they hated to be there and were only interested in getting out of there. One was very friendly. Others should have been as nice. I loved my doctor - Tina Kunnuth.
