My experience with Mercedes Benz of Memphis has been outstanding. My wife and I had been looking to buy an EV and the salesman Brady went above and beyond taking the time to explain the features that is offered from Mercedes. And the product expert KeKe cleared up an issue i had with the MercedesMe app in a speedy fashion.

I want to make sure I took the time to let the public know, his bosses, and staff know that Tom Hammond went above and beyond his call-of-duty to help me assist my mother in getting her vehicle on yesterday, 08/08/2023.She was called by the dealership to pick up her vehicle at some point during the 4 o'clock hour after some critical repairs were completed. She called me, her son, to take her to the dealership to pick up her vehicle. I live just outside Collierville, TN so the drive to her during rush hour traffic was going to be at least 40 minutes to reach her in Arlington, TN. When I reached her, it was about 5:10 PM. I thought the service department closed at 6 PM so I figured we would get there in enough time to pick up her car. I was wrong. The service department closed at 5:30. The mechanic in the service department told my mother and myself there was nothing he could do until tomorrow. I did not want my mother to be home without a vehicle overnight so I went over to the sales side of Mercedes to see if someone could help us.Right away, the associates in the sales side listened to my concerns and request to speak to a manager. Mr. Hammond {sales manager} tried to help right away. His first attempts failed because he could not reach the service technician who managed my mom's repairs because he had left for the day. So, Mr. Hammond tried to reach a person who knew the service technician to see where the paperwork was on the repairs. Meanwhile, he let me know that he had done all that he could in that moment and as things stood, we would have to consider coming back in the morning. I saw his effort and believed he had done what he could so we (my mother and I) left the dealership. We were disappointed but understood that all that could have been done was done and started planning for going to the dealership the next day (today, 08/09/23).While on the interstate, Mr. Hammond called and said he reached Peyton (service technician) and had located the car and paperwork and that we could pick up the vehicle! At this point, it is about 6:10 PM the sales department was closed, and everyone had gone home except Mr. Hammond! His selfless act and commitment to our desire to pick my mother's Mercedes speaks to his character! Thank you, Mr. Hammond, for going above and beyond to help my mother. We appreciate you!

This was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership! Our salesperson, Brady, went above and beyond to insure that we were satisfied with the Nissan Pathfinder we purchased. He also made sure to cover all of our financing options to make certain we were satisfied with our choice. My husband and I highly recommend Brady as the person to help anyone with their car shopping needs. He made the experience of shopping for a new vehicle an easy and enjoyable one!

The service department is HORRIBLE ???. The 1st service guy (Jeff) lied several times about ordering parts for my car, then went on vacation & never called me back. I called back & spoke with the device manager Wes Burrow who lies TENNES to my complaint, apologized and did the same. Never called me back but emailed me saying please be patient . This went on for a month and half before I called the other benz of Collierville.

First I will start by saying, when I purchased my Mercedes, the experience was amazing! Tesh was so helpful and always available if I had questions! However, I recently had to take my 2023 Mercedes in because the window was busted out of drivers side and I had to have it replaced. The invoice stated it was replaced and all glass was cleaned up and so on. I get my car back and there’s shards of glass all over dash, floors and door handle. The vehicle wasn’t vacuumed at all the back seats were all folded down as if you were storing cargo while traveling! I let Ellen know and she admitted she hadn’t inspected car before releasing the keys to me. I really expected better from Mercedes! I asked for a partial refund since I had to clean it myself and haven’t heard back. They charged over $500 for the clean up, that wasn’t done and labor to replace window, which thankfully was done! Not pleased with them right now.

Very poor service. I made my appointment over 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation the day before about my appointment. When I arrived Stan was very nasty to me. Informing me that there was 53 cars ahead of me and that there was nothing that could be done. If they were that far behind why didn't anyone call me to reschedule my appointment? I waited over 5 hours before being asked to reschedule my appointment to June 7th. Today is May 12th. Mind you when he speaks to my husband all of a sudden he changes his tone with me. Should have bought a Lexus. They have better customer service. Also when I made the appointment I gave them the warranty information for my car. When I get there they have no record of it. This was a waste of my time. I took off work for nothing.

I recently purchased a beautiful custom built Mercedes C from MB of Memphis. The car is everything I wanted. However, the dealership didn't live up to Mercedes standards and reputation for class and service. The absolute best part of the experience was working with Keke Birgs (Product Specialist), on a return visit, to learn all the fun stuff about my new car. Keke was AMAZING! Professional, courteous, and patient. She understands customer care and demonstrates it at a level expected with the purchase of a luxury vehicle. That's where the good stuff ends. My salesman, Alex Bovee, seemed inexperienced, lacked knowledge, and didn't follow through on a commitment twice. He was supposed to pass my contact info to Keke for her to contact me. When I made a follow-up call to him after not hearing from her, his response was "I thought I mentioned it to her." He left that call and still didn't give her a message. I had to call again and speak with Doug, the manager, to finally get Keke looped in to schedule a time to meet with her. Doug also doesn't model Mercedes class customer care either. After an unpleasant interaction with him the day I took delivery and having to speak with him after the salesman didn't follow through on his commitment, when I walked into the dealership for my appointment with Keke, he was standing next to 2 other people who greeted me as anyone would greet a customer entering their place of business. It appeared Doug didn't say good morning, hello, welcome to Mercedes of Memphis..... he just stood there as if he didn't just have a customer enter his dealership. Based on my personal experiences with Mercedes Benz of Memphis, I would not recommend them or use them again. I do thank Keke for showing Mercedes Benz class!

I was only here for a recall, but the experience was very nice. The business inside is very nice, and they offer a free shuttle or Lyft if you don't wanna wait around. Also, they have complementary water, coffee, and sodas. Very professional team. Thanks!

I had a great experience with this dealership. I am currently going through the purchase of a lemon (my brand new vehicle broke down 3 times in the span of 7 days while moving cross country from CA to NJ) and received the utmost care and consideration from Wes and Mike at this dealership. When I made contact with this dealership after my car battery malfunctioned for the second time in 4 days, Wes immediately was accommodating and offered me a loaner while I waited for Mike and the service team to run diagnostics. I have an electric vehicle so not every single MB dealership has qualified technicians to care for them. Mike was extremely helpful and once his team ran all the diagnostics they could despite the fact that my car had started up on its own once they got into it. They contacted MB engineering to get their recommendations and replaced my 12V battery. My car initially seemed to be working well but then broke down again in Asheville. At this time, my trip had been delayed by 7 days and I started to run out of medications and food for my senior, diabetic dog. I left my car in Asheville, had it towed to their MB and rented a car to finish my move. I contacted Mike to let him know MB Asheville was having difficulty getting into my car despite it being unlocked and he was very willing to speak with them and help them out. Overall great service by this dealership despite being in the most possible worst situation with a brand new car. At this point I have owned this car for 27 days and this car has had issues for 19 out of those 27 days. Additionally and unfortunately, my dog ended up getting euthanized because of the stress he endured and the length of time that his routine had to be disrupted due to repeated troubles I’ve had with my car. At this point, I hope that MB-USA has some empathy for the fact that I purchased a brand new $150k vehicle which broke down 3 times in the span of 7 days and are able to get me a replacement vehicle in a timely fashion. Anything less than this would be completely unacceptable. Would give a 5 star review expect for my frustration with MB-USA as an organization at this point.

This dealership is a scam and not trustworthy. I had been in contact with Alex Bovee since October to buy a G Wagon that was in route. I offered a deposit and they declined. I was in touch with Alex nearly weekly on the status. When the car arrived I was never contacted and the G was sold to someone else. I’ve wasted nearly two months with this dealership. I also asked for the sales manager to contact me and nothing. Not only have they lost any future business from me but my buddy also decided to take his EQS450 business elsewhere.
