A low pressure place to buy a car. I have been a client for over 15 years. They are low on B/S and high on customer service. None of the usual car dealer nonsense. No "let me see what I can do to put you in this car today!" They listen to you, find out what you need, and try to match you you with what they have available. Steven Johnson, a salesman, has been there for many, many years. Tells you something about the working environment. Their service department is above average. It's Mercedes, so it's not cheap but they do it right and they will bend over backwards to help you in special circumstances.

Took my car in at 7:30am for a maintenance Service A. The customer service rep (Jeff) was not attentive, the car wash was terrible & the I really expected better for $400. I did not leave until 10am.

I’ve been going here since I received my vehicle and I’ve had it for a year and some months. I don’t know if it was because they had a NATION WIDE HACK the reason why I was overly charged for my service or not, but I dislike that. Due to me traveling a lot I get an oil change 2 times a year. I had an oil change in January and it was $280 something and some change. When I went this time I was told that it was going to be $390. I get that things will increase but I didn’t think so with the older model that I have. I have a 2018 CLA 250. Then when I received my vehicle it wasn’t clean as it should have been since that comes with the service. I give 2 stars because I wasn’t expecting to pay that.

Well I called the Mercedes on Poplar about getting serviced I spoke to a person names LJ which might not be his real name. I asked what his name was he said 2 initials LJ. Very sarcastic, carrying on the conversation I explained my rear view mirrors won't open he said the next opening for appt won't be until sometime July, I replied how am I suppose to drive with closed mirrors and his again sarcastic response was we are not the only Mercedes place in memphis I can go call somewhere else. Poor business person very rude! Highly do NOT Recommend!!! If he is having a bad day should not have gone to work! Unacceptable!

I would like to say, thank you John McKinley and Chelsea for making my purchase to be such an easy process. John McKinley has done exceptionally well with his customer service! I visited Mercedes on a Monday. I was there from 11-6. John had so much patience and made sure I viewed every vehicle until I found what was fitting for me. This is my third Mercedes, but neither experience has been such as this! Thank you all again!
